    Will seriously try and charge you $3 to print a piece of paper. I recommend you just go to another local ups store and forget this one.

    Very friendly, extremely helpful. Their customers aren't an inconvenience. Best UPS store in Baton Rouge.

    I heavily rely on them for various print jobs that I often need. Their self-serve copy/print…read morestations are my favorite! Just plug in your flash drive, swipe your credit card and you are ready to roll. Your printed materials will be ready in seconds. If you need larger and more complex print jobs done, email them what you need done and the timeline you need it in and they will get it done for you. I didn't discover this location until recently, but they have always been there when I needed them. The parking lot is small, so you may have to fight for a spot depending on the busyness of the other establishments. Shipping packages? They can take care of that for you, too! So, remember: print jobs large and small, easy or complex, come here to professional service and high-quality products. Trouble finding them? They are in a small plaza next to the Chick-Fil-A on Siegen Lane.

I gave it to…read moreLaWanda. it had an authorized Fed Ex label on it . that was 6/6/26. it was a Saturday afternoon sometime around 3 pm. it had a $650 dress to be returned to the manufacturer. I didn't get a receipt. Obviously, LaWanda never scanned the package. She took it and put it aside. By Monday 6/8/26 the manufacturer knew since he owns the Fed Ex account that the package had not been scanned. He had initiated the label so he could see it was not logged into a track number which was in delivery. I went to Siegen Lane 6/9/26 and spoke to La Wanda. She would not reply to why the package had never been scanned. She said aNew driver had picked it up. She called " over there". wherever that is and inquired. She told me to keep calling back. Then, I spoke to the manager ,Susan many times over the next week. I met her. She claimed she went thru all of the store videos for 6/5/26and 6/6/26 and I was not on them. I finally gave up. On 6/ 20/26, 12 days later, the box with the dress was delivered to my home by a driver from Express.com. Inside the box was the expensive dress, and orginal shipping label and a letter from a company, Express.com stating that the packGe could not be delivered. Unless you are a fool, DO NOT USE SIEGAN LANE FEDEX. I am fortunate My prayers were heard and answered. . I am warning others.

I was supposed to receive a delivery via FedEx to my office last Wednesday or Thursday. Nothing. I received the tracking number Monday and when looking at it online I was shocked to see there were delivery attempts at least 4 times between Thursday, Friday and Monday but unsuccessful because my business was "closed"---that was untrue on all delivery times except for one as I was at office on all delivery times except for one --Thursday at 6:30 pm or so , I was not in the office. Anyway, in looking at the tracking number online Monday afternoon it indicated delivery could be picked up at the FedEx center at 6:00 pm so I left my office at 6:30 pm and arrived at the FedEx center at 6:50 pm or so---well, the center's open until only 6:30 pm.--shocked me but okay. Not happy but decided I was late so I would return today---I did so shortly before 11:00 am and the letter was not there because it was out for delivery! I was told I could return after 6:00 pm....i was in my vehicle trying to decide what's next and not very happy when the FedEx centers lady who spoke me walked out and told me to wait---that she was trying to call the driver ---she did so and shortly thereafter informed me that the driver could drop off the letter at a Kinkos/FedEx near my office --that was suitable to me and I received my letter this afternoon when I went there. Thus, while I am unhappy and not satisfied as I had to do a lot to get a letter which was supposed to have been delivered to me 5 days ago, I must say that I am deeply appreciative of the FedEx center young lady who worked to solve the issue and problem in a satisfactory manner---and did so. This the 4 star review--she should get 5 stars but I cannot do that as I was in my office Thursday and Friday and Monday at the stated delivery times but no one knocked on our office door or window so 4 stars. And another thank you to the FedEx center and the helpful worker.

    I'm a cancer patient. Medicine was supposed to be delivered to my home in the Zachary area today. I…read morereceived an email saying that it was delivered at 1:06 pm. No it was not delivered! This is very expensive and dangerous medicine. It requires a signature. Apparently, the delivery person forged my signature. That's not the first time this has happened! I've explained to a delivery person the importance of them doing their job correctly. Seems like they don't care to listen! Pathetic!

    I had not used Print & Copy Center before, but we had been disappointed with the last run of cards…read morefrom our regular printer and were in a bind. I had met with Print & Copy's owner and liked his manner. He impressed me as knowledgeable and very confident in his staff. I was up against a deadline and emailed him two files way past what a reasonable deadline would be. When I stopped by the next day to check progress, I discovered I had sent the files to the wrong address! I quickly resent them and one was incorrectly formatted. My hair was on fire, but they didn't break a sweat. Scott reformatted them, did a beautiful job and had the push cards ready within hours. So now we have a new printer! Thanks Scott and crew for our beautiful push cards. They were a big hit with our sales people and the folks at the trade show!

The price for my job was very competitive and Scott, the owner, gave me great advice when I asked for it, while creating my 50th Anniversary Class Reunion book. He went the extra mile to make my project look so good. I've had so many compliments on my book, though I know Scott deserves some of the credit for making it look so professional. I imagine my job was very small compared to some of the jobs he does, but he made me feel as though I was an important customer. He's a great businessman and a very good person.
