While they have delivered beautiful flowers a few times in the past, this is not the first time that they have had brown around the flowers and had to be replaced. First of all, the flowers looked nothing like the flowers I ordered; the arrangement was not a full arrangement which I was promised it would be; in fact, the arrangement was split right down the middle. The plant looked like it had a wedgey. I was promised fresh flowers, which my Mother obviously didn't receive.
