I called Terri's to order flowers for my son and future daughter in law's wedding. I spoke with Beth, who was the nicest, sweetest and friendliest! I live in Aurora IL but the wedding was in Pine Mountain GA. I explained what I needed to Beth, provided pictures via text of what I was looking for the cake (fresh flowers). Paid for everything site unseen but that was not a problem at all! I picked up everything the morning of the wedding and everything was PERFECT! She did a fabulous job matching colors for the mother's wrist corsages (they matched perfectly), the blue in the maid of honor's bouquet, the cake flowers, the throw away bouquet, and my daughter in law's bridal bouquet were beautiful (she loved her bouquet)! I called Terri's from California to have a bouquet delivered to my son's GF for her birthday. It was last minute as I completely forgot the date and I called as they were closing. I asked if they could create something that looks like "sunny California". They put together an absolutely gorgeous bouquet at a very reasonable price and delivered it to her work first thing the next morning. I can't say enough good things about these people and this shop. I have had experiences where they know you will never see the bouquet (and the recipient would never say anything) so they toss together some awful, ugly, cheap thing, or pull the oldest arrangement out of the cooler and deliver it. But this was absolutely the opposite. It's clear they take a lot of pride in their work! I definitely recommend Terri's! read more

Terry's Flowers is a disgrace. Upon ordering flowers for Mother's Day sufficient time was given for a delivery. A few days before Mother's Day a call from Terry's Flowers informed me that they were canceling the order. That sent me into a scramble to get flowers for such an important day. I finally purchased flowers and had them sent but not without considerable issues. I would never use Terry's Flowers again. PS: Their excuse was they ran out of flowers??? I live in California and I couldn't get to Georgia for the funeral. I wanted to send flowers... a nice stand Spray. I called a couple places in Covington and they either wouldn't answer the phone or not very pleasant. I called Terri's and Steven answered the phone. He was amazing and found all the information for the funeral. Spoke to me about different sprays and suggested the one that was my original thought. He phoned the funeral home for me to verify they could bring the flowers the day before and took care of everything. He was nice, polite and knowledgeable. I spent 15 minutes on the phone ordering flowers for a friend, and after the charge went through--after I'd given my CC info to someone on the phone--I received a text stating that they didn't have the flowers needed for the order, so they would refund me. I texted back multiple times and received no response. When I called back, multiple times, it went to voicemail. Hours later, I finally got in touch with someone and they said they were sorry and that the charge would be returned. Days later and I've still not seen a refund in my bank account. I believe this is an issue between the call center and the florist, and not directly related to the florist, but it would sure be nice to speak to a live person who is IN the flower shop! Received an arrangement from Terri's on Sunday all the flowers were open and it was beautiful but by Tuesday the flowers were wilting and falling off the stems. I have been a customer of theirs at least 20+ years. I used to received special occasion flowers from my spouse...1 dozen yellow/pink long stem roses that was so special..... only from Terri's until he passed. I now get awesome flowers from my step-daughter that lives in another state and she agrees... Terri's is our only florist. I have never received a flower arrangement that wasn't fresh or beautiful.. I ordered a Peace Lily to be delivered for a funeral service on 4/27. I had a choice of size. I ordered the premium! It was about 5 inches of leaves!! No lilies!! Needless to say, I was embarrassed to see this with all the other beautiful flowers. It was taken with all of the other flowers when the service was over. I was not able to get a picture of it to send back to Terri's Florist. So I'm stuck paying $89.88 for a premium plant. I will definitely do a little research next time. read more

I wanted to order flowers for the funeral of a dear friend. An unfriendly woman with a harsh voice answered the phone. The first questions were: "What occasion is it for, and what is the name on the credit card you will be using?" She showed no compassion and was unfriendly throughout the whole conversation. Can't say enough good things about Terri's. My mother-in-law's funeral was conducted at Ft Benning, GA. After a battle last April, her ashes were laid to rest with my father-in-law who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam. All of her children were from out-of-town and several were out of state. We used Terri's in the past but on a much smaller scale. Many of the children contacted Terri's for the flowers for the funeral this past Friday, 1 October. On Thursday, Terri's contacted me stating they were trying to deliver my father-in-law's flowers to the grave. I said I would contact the cemetery manager and she said "no, I'll do that". She then called me back to confirm the contact and that she would be meeting with the manager for the delivery. Then on Friday, when we arrived, the flowers were delivered and they were absolutely beautiful. The ceremony was beautiful along with sitting there, smelling their fragrance. I definitely give Terri's a 5 and if possible, a 10! They are a florist who cares. read more

I was in town for a graduation at Fort Benning and swung by the shop to purchase a container for a bouquet of flowers my boyfriend had given me--I was flying home in a few hours and didn't want them damaged. My husband purchased an arrangement from Terri's Florist for Valentine's Day 2014. I had seen on the bank account where he spent $90+ on their website, and he says he paid an extra delivery fee. When I arrived home I had a paper hanging on my door from Terri's telling me to call them. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was very rude to me and told me I would have to pick my flowers up because they were very busy (Feb 13). So I drove to Terri's to pick them up. When I arrived I gave them the paper from my door and someone brought my arrangement out to me. It looked like they had left it in the delivery van for hours; half of the flowers were already wilting, and the roses didn't even have a chance to bloom fully before browning around the edges. By the next day, my roses were completely dead, and all the flowers except the fillers were beyond wilted. I tried to call Terri's to see if something could be done about it, and once again the rude woman answered the phone and put me on hold before I could even get a word out. I waited several minutes and no one came back to my call, so I gave up. So needless to say, I was VERY disappointed in Terri's delivery, quality, and pricing! read more

Terri's Florist was great! I ordered a same-day flower delivery to relatives on Fort Bragg on the morning of Christmas eve. Even though they do not normally deliver to Fort Bragg on Saturdays, they made an exception for me and it was there before noon. And they even called to let me know what I ordered was out, but they gave a bigger and more beautiful flower bouquet instead. Five stars! read more

I would give less but I can't. These people were confrontational when my sister and I made an order for my mothers funeral. We showed them pictures of what we wanted. Explain the arrangement in detail. What we got was horrible and not what we ordered. Also a funeral spray included colors that was NOT suppose to be included. I believe the woman purposely changed the order because she didn't like us when we ordered in person at her counter. Worse of all the clear glass vase had dirty dirty water in it which just happened to be at eye level while I sat during my mothers funeral. So instead of looking at the roses she loved I had to look at an arrangement I had to rearrange, in front of guests, in dirty water. Not the way I wanted to remember my mother. This can never be fixed and I feel horrible that it couldn't be right for mom. I called Terri's and they offered to come "fix" the arrangement. So their solution was to remove it during the funeral (I guess in front of the guests) take it back to the store and bring another later. Which would mean they would miss the funeral entirely. It doesn't stop there either. The large spray for the grave site was to be solid yellow. So why were there red flowers in it? In the end we didn't pay for this mess but I will have to live with the fact that my mom didn't get her wish and it will forever be ruined. Do not use this florist if your event is really important to you. They will let you down. I will have nightmares over this for years. Their hollow words of apology will never make our hearts right. I'm sure they won't lose sleep they will just keep charging people and ruin more memories over their stupidity. read more
