Let me start my review by saying my very few bad experiences (1) was handled by the manager the following business day. I can also tell you Christina who is the manager can cut hair. Based on my type of hair I can trust and expect Sarah V and Lauren to always do a great job and pay attention to the small details. If you are lucky enough to get to know then and build a solid customer/client relationship with them you won't have to worry about leaving bad reviews.
