Great Store. Clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would go there again for sure.

I am in need of some boots for my wedding. I went into this location to find some boots I seen there last time I was there. First there was no real help anywhere but four guys behind an empty counter. I asked for help and they called a young girl to assist who had no knowledge about boots. Then a guy who acted like he knew boots ignored my request and tried to push me to buy other boots I didn't like. I will not go back to this store and I hope y'all do the same. If I had a choice to give this rating a zero I would. A one is way too high for them. My whole family is huge and is from Whitesboro. We have spent tons of money in this store for many years. Last Saturday I brought this girl that was a friend of my oldest daughters. I hadn't seen her in a couple years, I didn't know she turned into a total addict, liar and a thief. Anyway, she wanted to stop in the store for a few minutes I only stayed up at the register and looked at some candle and talked to the cashier. I've been fighting stage 3 b cervical cancer since April 2015. My port started hurting I went outside and sat in my car. The only reason I actually went inside in the first place, was I asked the SUPER RUDE MEAN manager if they had any living room suites under $10,000 . My husband was gonna buy me one with our income tax return. I'm not in the car no time and here comes a cop YES without a doubt that girl should have gotten no trespassing and EVEN sent to jail. I absolutely DIDNT DO ONE THING WRONG but I got no trespassing warning. Trust me my HUGE family and LOTS of friends who have shopped there for many yrs (even when they were on Main St back in the 80's). I wouldn't shop there if they were the only store on this earth. I've always thought he was rude, And MANY people has said the same thing......But what hurts you're business the most is telling people the truth!!!!!!!And, believe me this is 100% the truth!!!! Not to mention they are outrage's on ALL of their stuff!!! I know ALOT of people who have gone into this store and said they would NEVER come back because that jack_ _ _ watched them like a hawk and followed them throughout the store. I'm almost positive he's the owners son ( I believe both his parents have past away.) I remember shopping in there when his dad was alive , he was a good man and by no means HE NEVER thought every person who walked in the store was there to steal from them. He didn't watch you like a hawk and follow you around every place you went. I think people like his son, who thinks (EVERYONE IS THERE TO STEAL FROM HIM ) has a guilty conscience because he doesn't trust anyone....... that says he's probably stole from that store for a long time. They sell lawn mowers, chain saws and other kinds of power equipment there amongst overpriced hardware items and western clothing. Six months after I bought my power equipment there it needed repairing. I took it in and the guy behind the counter said it would be ready in 3 weeks. He would call. It eventually took them 8 weeks to get it out. I took it home and low and behold it was not fixed at all. So I take it back and the same guy tells me he will have the mechanic fix the next day and I could pick it up. Same story, they had it 7 weeks the second time around. I paid as much for their labor charges as I did for the new machine. Never again will I darken the door of Dennard's Farm Store. Did I say never? I have been in the store a grand total of 3 times. Once when I bought the equipment and twice when I took it back. On all occasions I never did see many people shopping in the store. I should have seen the handwriting on the wall, but I didn't. read more
