Unfortunately, the quality of their service declined significantly over time. Most recently, they strongly recommended that we replace our pool pump, claiming it could not be repaired. Without offering any real options, they installed a new pump and insisted on taking the old one with them. Thankfully, we asked to keep it--and after showing it to an experienced and trustworthy pool expert, we were told it could have been easily fixed. We feel deeply disappointed and misled, especially after being loyal clients for so long. This experience has left us questioning their honesty and integrity.
