First there was no real help anywhere but four guys behind an empty counter. I asked for help and they called a young girl to assist who had no knowledge about boots. Then a guy who acted like he knew boots ignored my request and tried to push me to buy other boots I didn't like. I will not go back to this store and I hope y'all do the same. They helpfully post updated plant stock on Facebook, which helped in my thinking through my purchase before I even arrived. I was able to talk to staff and get some good input on my plans. It's not a huge shop but the selection is incredible. It's not often I'd drive 1.5 hr round trip, but I will again to shop at Rooted In.
