It has never grown grass or been taken care of. The previous owners kept two ponies in the back yard, so it needed a lot of love. We hired The Garden Gnome inc. after having a handful of landscapers out who NEVER actually sent a quote. What is up with that?!!? Chip and his crew were fan-effing-tastic. I cannot tell you enough good things. First, we were waiting on our pool people to finish the grading before we could get started. Chip followed up weekly to see about the progress. When his quote came in a bit high, he made appropriate adjustments to not only save us money but plan for the future and not lose the bamboo and palms that I really wanted....who knew grass would be so expensive! His guys showed up every day on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, played with my doggos, did daily walk throughs, and LOOK AT THIS YARD. He worked alongside ATZ irrigation to make sure everything was watered properly b/c they do not do irrigation. It is NIGHT and DAY from before. My kids now play outside in this area and I can walk barefoot if I want (though...I get scared of grass in FL....) This was not a cheap job but was well worth it as we continue to create our space. We decided we couldn't leave our front yard a ruckus, so he is coming BACK out next week to do the rest ASAP! So excited to have the whole yard done. He is even putting in a butterfly garden for me b/c I love attracting all the different butterflies and dragonflies out here! Highly recommend!

Front seems to be dispersing water correctly. However, several employees changed Chip's original plans---all I know is it still ponds water along the fence after hard rain....and I paid good money and got a written guarantee the work would cure my problems!!!!! IT HASN'T..... It's amazing. Having met with Robert Sickler, the owner of Inner Roots, I knew immediately I trusted this guy. His knowledge, his passion and his artistic eye are incredible. We were very happy with Capstones communication with us and their timely manor on every detail. We got quotes from 3 different companies. One quote came in higher for just the boarders alone! With Capstone we got boarders, lights included in the boarders and the driveway widened for less than 1 boarder quote alone (I won't say what company though)! Do your research and call Capstone! We are extremely happy with the way it all turned out- Beautiful! Nicest Boarders on our block! Both projects were done at the same time, and completed in 2.5 days. It's December and there isn't as many daylight hours as the rest of the year. We have had many compliments from our neighbors with a few asking for Capstone Pavers information (813.947.3320). We highly recommend Capstone- they will definitely be our first call for future projects for anything that they do!
