They don't have service. There service is the worst! When they come out they tell you they don't cover it and you have to go to the manufacturer. Every appliance I bought from them is trash. I bought what I thought was high end appliances. I guess buying appliances that are expensive and buying them all at once made me look like a SUCKER!!!! When I lived in Philadelphia and bought anything especially in more than one I was given a discount, and treated respectfully. When I called to ask for help to get things fixed you would thought I was asking for their firstborn. I purchased a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, dryer, and washer. The $3700.00 refrigerator was actually stolen (I hope the person that stole it has problems with it.) The washer got mold over and over. They told me it wasn't covered. I needed to clean and dry it after each wash. It was my responsibility. I do so I guess washers have changed and everyone in the world cleans and drys there washer after each wash. My dryer doesn't dry. They said it is fine and I am probably not using it correctly. My stove They knows cracked off and the oven was not working properly. They do not cover the knots and I am probably not using the correct temperature for what I am baking. The microwave I have not have problems with yet. Finally the DISHWASHER! It doesn't work! First the racks were broken. They were still in their packing. They came to my home that way. It should water was coming in but no water came in. It showed a code and wouldn't work. They came out. It showed another code and wouldn't work again. I was told I needed a new motherboard. It was not covered. Why did I ever walk into that store. I spent over $20K It would have been better to have burned the money because I would have not had to deal with all the nasty, disrespectful,incompetent people. read more

Unreliable and not proactive. Delivered a refurbished fridge to my sister who had ordered a new one. Ordered wrong fridge for me and then replacement arrived damaged which they did not discover until I called to check on delivery as they had not called to reconfirm. read more

Bought a new fridge from them a year ago. Ten months initial stopped cooling called and asked them about what to do. Referred us to a repair place that tried to fix it. They ordered parts that was placed on back order. Two months without a working fridge we called Denning's back (since it was under warranty the first time we called) they delivered a new fridge and hauled off the non working on! We purchased a refrigerator from Dennings and it was defective from day 1. When we went back to them, they said not our problem. Call the manufacturer. When they delivered it there were also dents in the freezer door and other pull out drawer. Which they replaced but after 6 weeks. Now a relative got a stove from them and first time they went to use the oven part it didn't work and almost caused a fire. They said not our problem. Call the manufacturer. Can't be a coincidence. I previously purchased a floor model dishwasher because they said they sold out. Bought an over stove microwave. Had one month and 2 days and blew up. Since I was 'over' one month, would not replace. Didn't have any more in stock I was told. Never asked me if I wanted to upgrade, just gave me a number to call for service that is a month out. I find this horrible customer service and have decided not to return ever to Dennings. How sad that their attitude was "Too bad, so sad", NOT. Glad didn't buy more because was thinking about it. Will shop elsewhere for all my other appliances from now on. read more

In August, I called Dennings as I was preparing to move to Idaho Falls. On the phone I purchased a washer/dryer. The deal was it was to be installed prior to my arrival. However, when the installer went out the dryer had a 4" outlet and the hook up was for a 3" hose. So, he called me and said there was nothing he could do and left. Later, I had to take care of what he had not done. Still later I went to the store and complained that my clothes were not getting dry. I was told I needed to contact a service man who would blow out the hose - $125. There was no consideration that something might be wrong with the dryer - no apparent concern. Previously I had bought from them a dish washer for my granddaughter, and that sale went fine. I sent them an email advising that although I support local businesses, their lack of response to my concerns would mean I would not come back to their store for the refrigerator I was about to buy. Never heard a word from them. Sure does not seem like they are into good service. I believe Lowe's or HD might be a better bet. read more
