DID SOMETHING to help my issues rather than looking at it once and then telling me to come back for another appt to actually help me. I've never once been to a first appt and had a dr do anything other than look at me, ask questions, then charge me and tell me to schedule another appt so they may actually help. I was incredibly impressed with how enthusiastic he was about his work, and the fact that he explained so much to me, it was refreshing to be treated like a person with a brain instead of a time slot with a billable insurance.

My mother asked repeatedly to have it done during visits for other issues such as pre-physical visit and ear wax removal. My mother is legally blind, extremely hard of hearing and totally dependent on others for transportation. Dr Hole would only address one problem per visit so she could bill Medicare over and over again. Her physicians assistant (Kristen)was a cold fish and the wait time was often 45 minutes and up past the appointment time. Potential patients.... be aware!!!!!!!!
