The first, whose name is April, gave me incorrect information about my insurance rates on two cars I own, and then agreed with me that it did not sound correct. However, her response to the discrepancy was to launch into some sort of defensive and rehearsed statement about having no control over the rates -- that a computer does it. Hmm? I heard that defense more than once. Someone should listen to that recording. I think it was Tuesday July 14. On July 15, I used the online text messaging system to try to reach a resolution. I got no response. On Thursday July 17, I called and reached another person, whom I thought was April. She had the same defensive, rehearsed response to my inquiry. With both women I was experiencing communication errors that lead to big confusion. What really upset me was that their first action was to defend, and not to investigate the claim. This was especially true in the second call on July 16. Hopefully someone will listen to that call as well. It seems to be a systematic error in the way the company is interacting with customers.

If you're planning to go with Allstate, avoid this office!! For example, It took almost a week to get a return call so I called them back for them to tell me our agent went on vacation. So another agent helped me. She messed up our policy and when I tried calling back, she was no where to be found. I waited hours. Finally a different agent had to help which was more mess and I ended up having to handle it with a supervisor! I'm not even gonna get into what a mess it was and this is just one example. Ive had other issues. Do yourself a favor and go with a different office!

Every word he said was false and took me 10 seconds online to disprove. He got hostile, called my questions "hypotheticals," and that insurance wasn't about hypotheticals. I told Thomas I was filing a complaint and hung up on him. He phoned me back three times after I hung up. Unprofessional and dishonest. Already switching carriers who added everything he swore didn't exist. Avoid this agent.

This year home ins increased by an additional $4600! No calls, no warning nothing. When I called to ask reasonings he was never available or called back. I had to personally call Farmers directly who concluded they were not certain why the large increase. They were able to cancel the policy and adjust to a new one closer to our previous year rate. As a person who is in customer service industry; Dustin service standard are the lowest we have ever encountered. Please save yourself a headache and financial strain and go with someone else!
