Someone came to the house to see if we could use the current base and decided we needed only stone work done. We also used Nick for fence post removal and he was responsive and priced reasonable. The team quickly removed the unnecessary cinder blocks and elevated the base for the stone (important to us since we need drainage). They even put grass seed down and cleaned up the yard. The shed itself was easy for delivery (we didn't have to be home). It looks great in the yard and is very well made! For the master bathroom, Luciano took a small, 1960's bathroom and enlarged it into our bedroom, meticulously moving the HVAC ducting, plumbing and electrical systems, and the result is a floor to ceiling, marble bathroom, with free standing tub and separate marble shower, high end brushed gold fixtures and double Robern vanities. The Kohler Store in King of Prussia and the Robern (vanities) main company saw photos and featured Luciano's work on their social media platforms! R & D's work is truly fantastic. Luciano involved the client the right amount to manage expectations and ensure a quality product with no surprises. Our bathrooms are truly beautiful, they are better than those in a five star hotel!

The whole project was a complete let down and for what we paid for it- I'm livid. We had to ask him to come fix more things than I can count once the job was "complete." Once he got his money he never responded to a phone call, text, or email from us again. To write out all of the problems we had would make this too way long. Everything was done cheaply and poorly. He left concrete, bricks, and rocks all over the yard. Now we have to hire a REAL landscaper to come FIX our entire lawn that he RUINED!!!! Never trust this man and please save yourself the money and use someone legit. Oh, and just to top it off, he can't even install a faucet with handles correctly!

Listen, the pool itself was beautiful once it was finally completed (until a blower pipe for the…read morespa blew underground a couple months after opening...which was finally fixed after quite a long time deciphering the problem). The entire build process was a complete mess. I should've known there would be issues when the first day, the project manager asked me if I had a gas man for the gas plumbing. Then later on, somehow the entire outdoor kitchen which was included in the customer approved design, disappeared when sent for permits. Then came a pause in the project to get a new design and permitting. All the while, the owner was nearly impossible to get in touch with and when you do, you get a lot of 'I'll get with my people and we'll figure out what happened'. This is just a few of the speed bumps we had to cross to finally be done with this build. If you're ok being your own project manager, maybe this company is good for you. But if your expecting an all inclusive experience...I'd look elsewhere.
