Based on my call with him, he came prepared to either just give the quote I called for or to actually perform the work and I was ready for the work to be done, so he did everything right then and there! He did an amazing job and was really quick! He was also thoughtful with my job, trying to make sure the new lighting would "look right" overall and he took the time to point me to the best lights to finish my job when I'm ready (a DIY job.) I'll definitely have him back out for the next project on the horizon and can leave this review saying "If you are ready to GET SH-TUFF DONE at a reasonable cost, call Josh." They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They told me it needed a new carborator - I said no - took it home and hooked up water and it started just fine. I called Seville power Equipment to explain what happened and James was kind enough to ask me to bring it there for them to make it right. They fixed it and it works great! When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350. They checked voltage/current and did a better inspection than Blue Marlin did. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS. I will be contacting BBB and probably the news.

Contracted this company a few weeks ago to estimate & install a 20K whole home standby generator…read more I chose the B&S Fortress which comes standard w/ a 10 year warranty on equipment, parts & labor. Not had to use it yet but, this review is for the sales, install and service thus far and my business dealings with Hual Electric. Josh was my estimator and installer. He's like an avatar/robot. Showed up on time, explained everything to the simplest detail and gave me an estimate that was fair. On schedule, a few days later, he returned and installed the equipment and ensured everything was iaw local electrical code. He rewired everything from the weather-head to the generator itself and everything in between. He ensured the worksite was cleaned up and that I was 100% satisfied and educated on the system. The front office staff was great too. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (especially Jessica O.) Overall: I highly recommend.
