I was worried about the surgery because this could affect my gait. I made the call and received an appointment with Dr. Michael Reuter. I hit the jackpot! From that appointment until my release date, Dr. Reuter has been fabulous. Not only did he take excellent care of my foot but he also made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Of course, I had many, many questions but Dr. Reuter always took the time to answer every one. My 100th First to Review!…read more I always find it somewhat awkward reviewing medical professionals... from doctors to dentists, therapists and the like, the unique relationship formed between specialists and their patients seem a strange thing to attach a review to. In any case, the scenario is easier when you have only good things to report. Over the years I have had to switch primary physicians a number of times. Since having left my pediatrician for obvious reasons, insurance changes have forced these necessary adjustments. Fortunately, these exchanges have led me to Dr. Michael Campbell's care. Dr. Campbell is an energetic, knowledgeable, and personable physician practicing Family and Internal Medicine in Fall River, MA. A 2001 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, this physician works out of Millview Medical Associates and is affiliated with several surrounding medical establishments. As a healthcare professional myself, it is sometimes difficult to find a physician who will treat you like a patient. What I mean by that is many physicians expect and assume that you know everything there is to know about certain conditions, lab work findings, and medications. This is not the case with Dr. Campbell. He takes the time to willingly review and explain concepts that though familiar to me, are a nice reminder, refresher, or lesson when it comes to my own life. I can only imagine this service is enhanced for those lacking a medical background. He never appears to be in a rush with appointments and don't let this statement fool you... I usually only have to wait about 15 minutes to be called into an examine room. I always feel as though my statements and concerns are heard thoroughly and options in care carefully weighed between the benefits, risks, and what would work best for me individually. It's nice to feel as though you have a working and collaborative relationship with your physician. If you are looking for a primary care physician and he is available to accept new patients, I highly recommend Dr. Campbell for your overall health needs.

After we had already had our appointment with the dr at Mgh and script already approved, we Finally got a call from university G.I. specialty script nurse. Told her we had already gone somewhere else. Instead of apologizing she got defensive??? said they are very busy. So we are so glad we went somewhere else. If they are too busy, why not let the patient know ahead of time??? 5 weeks just to submit a specialty script? When your bleeding in your bum. They might be ok for colonoscopies but I guess Too Busy for treatment.

I am 31 years old starting to experience minor health issues and was considering having children soon, so of course I need a doctor. And this place I have been coming since I was a child, over 20 years, has literally kicked me out. They would like to say it's because "I haven't been there in 3 years" but that's simply because when I called for an appointment a year and a half ago, they insisted I do a telehealth visit. Which then doesn't count as a visit. There have been many times in the past where I didn't need to see the doctor for a few years, and the office never released me as a patient or did this to me. Only now that I am older, and actually need a doctor are they dropping patients, nice! I am completely disgusted by this office and their response to me about this. It's so hard to find a new PCP I am already seeing that there are absolutely none taking new patients in my area! This is literally life changing stuff here and they simply don't care. They are quite literally searching for technicalities to oust long time patients. Despicable.

I went to get my COVID test here (asymptomatic - just precautionary for travel purposes) and I had…read morea fairly pleasant experience. 1) You have to make an appointment beforehand to schedule a "screening." During the screening, a nurse calls to ask some basic questions. Then, another nurse calls and asks you to schedule a drive-by test. She tells you how it will work and what time to arrive. 2) The toughest part about the test was finding the place! To find this on the GPS, type in 3620 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI. Otherwise, you will be zooming past it and not know where to park. 3) I spent maybe seven minutes waiting behind two other cars. A woman greeted me and had me show her my driver's license. I then drove up to the tent. There were two people in gloves and N95's. They gave me a pamphlet and made a few jokes. They seemed pretty perky for people administering tests. She told me that they would be "tickling my brain for a couple seconds." I appreciated the humor. 4) The swab was tiny. Probably the width of two hairs. It was in and out of my nose in two seconds. Not very painful, but slightly uncomfortable. They put the swab in a plastic bag and told me that they would call me in 3-5 days. Overall, a good experience. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel comfortable and didn't treat me like I was some kind of infectious monster. My insurance covered it, so it was free for me with no copays! I'll definitely go back if I feel like I need a test again.

I was due for a checkup Jan 2015, and I found this group, 12 minutes from my home in Cranston. I called on Monday morning at 8:00 and I had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Twice since then I have had an "emergency" --horrific cough, and sciatica. Both times I have been seen that day with 1/2 hour the most I had to wait. I have seen my PCP 4 times and the two occasions where I needed to see someone that day, I saw two different Docs and they have ALL been wonderful. They are all women and they all do family practice. OBGYN, Pediatrics, and adults. Try them----you'll LOVE them!!!!!

Your appointment for a follow is done before you leave and followed up by a email confirming. I have recently switch Doctors from another area and I couldn't be happier with my new Doctor. She's young and does a very intense exam on your first visit. Even though the building is dated a bit, it has the Lab and imaging either in the same building or located behind the building. Also they use the Healow app so you can go on and check all your lab results. Very satisfied with my recent change.
