It's a good thing I did because Mr Afram said the prongs holding the solitaire were "paper-thin" and could've popped that diamond out at anytime. So I wanted the set welded, soldered, fused together and resized to better fit her finger. And also to fix all the prongs. The ring was ready within a couple days. The price was VERY reasonable - a lot less than I was expecting. The whole family there running the place was very friendly and professional. Mr Afram, himself, taking special attention to my bride and making sure what I wanted to do was what SHE also wanted done. And making sure he had the right ring size for her finger. The experience was very relaxed and the end result was absolutely STUNNING! The ring came away looking better than when I first bought it 20+ years ago! The diamonds sparkled like fire again. The gold had such a gorgeous shine to it. And the way the ring was welded together looked flawless - like two rings that are just close together. They even polished and steam cleaned MY wedding band while I was there. Outstanding service! I won't hesitate to come back.

The jeweler here had great attitude, took joy in looking them over, and getting one going again (sentimental value) by cleaning and had to diagnose to nix the other. I offered to pay and he refused, only asking me to "come again." Great attitude, great mastery skills, and much class. I hope I can give them more business down the road.

I was shopping for a high-end item, and they assured me they could help. Weeks passed without any follow-up, so I eventually purchased what I believed was a quality men's gold bracelet as a gift. It certainly wasn't inexpensive. Unfortunately, only six months later, a link near the clasp literally broke apart. The gold appeared to crumble and shred -- if you touched it, pieces would continue breaking off. I took it back assuming this would clearly fall under warranty repair. I was wrong. The store refused to stand behind their product, despite what appears to be extremely poor craftsmanship and cheap quality. Even 10k gold should have durability because of the metal alloys in it. I own 14k and 18k jewelry that has held up far better and has never "crumbled" like this. I also strongly disagree with their strict 7-day return policy, especially when the quality issues don't become obvious until months later. For the prices they charge, customers should expect much better quality and customer service.

We notified the store and the owner Zubair Ullah and his associate Syed apologized and assured me they would look for it and make it right. We had been so caught up in the purchase and pleasant conversation that it was simply overlooked. It is not often you walk into a store where there is such a great mutual respect among people to where you feel like family. My husband George and I appreciate the lengths these two gentleman went through to even providing a personal cell number allowing us to follow up because we had to return back to San Antonio. We returned the following weekend and were able to rectify our problem. We are grateful for the grace and understanding these two gentlemen showed. Thank you and we will return! After you buy, so it was never disclosed. I'm just sharing this to inform the people who can not afford to take the loss.
