I keep my hair relatively short and messy on the top. I asked to get a very simple trim, no fade or anything fancy. He totally butchered the trim around my ears, didn't take more than a 1/10th of an inch off the top, and then proceeded to take a straight razor to the back of my neck with no cream. I now have a messed up haircut, and a giant red and painful rash on the back of my neck. I can see why I was the only one there. Avoid this place at all costs.

Instead of owning his fault he tried to justify it that it was caused by the uneven skin of the back of my head which was ridiculously not the case. I will not going back to this place!
