Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle. They ran into some issues with the install due to the lift manufacturer sending the wrong part but they adapted and overcame the issue. Install took a bit longer than anticipated as a result but nonetheless I couldn't be happier. Andy is absolutely phenomenal. Communicates well and keeps you informed about what's going on.
