They started conversation as "You are not our customer" simply because I got their service through the insurance. I wish it were misunderstanding, but how they deal with my review tells a lot of things. ------------------------------------------ I hate to leave negative review because you guys did the job done. But I must tell you, one of your guys, Basim really does not seem to care about your customers. I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.

I bought a Ford Focus from Doug for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the transition went out on…read moreit right away. Doug took it back and replaced the computer on it at his own expense, thinking that was the problem. The transmission was still funky on it, so I took it back again. Doug found out from the Ford Dealer that there is a whole line of Ford Focus autos with transmission problems and they need to insert a special computer chip into these cars. Thanks to Doug for all the work and extra expense he put into my car and the research he did finding out what the problem was. He's an honest guy who will go above and beyond to make you happy and help you get your car going.

After calling three different tire shops only to find they were all booked up, and limping from one air filling station to another, one of the tire shops recommended I try Dusty's in Coralville. The delightful woman on duty "the Boss" cheerfully greeted me and asked how they could help.
