He said he'd call The day before and give me update. I never got any updates. Never received any emails. When I called to see if I could get it the next day he acted like I was rushing them. This happed 4 times. What started as a 3 day fix turned into 2 weeks. All I wanted was an update. One of the excuses he told me was there were 60 cars ahead of mine. Why the hell would you schedule me in with 60 cars ahead of mine waiting for paint. How did they get 60 cars painted in 2 weeks with one paint booth. That's not possible. It was a lie. When I dropped it off I was ignored by the receptionist and felt like the invisible man. One of the other office people had to come out and tell her to help me. The work that was done looks good but I just got it back so I can't say if the work was actually good. With the lack of communication I have doubts. Waiting to see if any electrical problems start popping up. Also when I picked it up he tried to charge me an additional $500. He said they found additional damage after the bumper was removed and had to add to the claim with my insurance. He never told me that they found additional damage. They had already received a check for the additional stuff from my insurance and he still tried to charge me extra for it. Never again will I do business at this Abra.
