I've been to Denny's in general at least a few hundred times. My breakfast this morning was hands-down the best I've ever had. The food and service were both phenomenal. My order was done and served very quickly and was 100% correct with zero issues. Kayla was my server and she was extremely respectful, positive, professional and displayed the best customer service I've had in years, as well. I went to this Dennys last about 6 years ago and it was decent but now? Absolutely recommend! Miss Kayla definitely needs a raise/promotion as well! Everything needs to be improved. The server we had was absolutely horrible, she never checked on the table. We waited for 2 hours for our food. By the time we got it, we sent it all back due to it being cold. The food tasted horrible by the time they brought it back. Pancakes were too thick and dry, steak was too cooked but cold, hash browns were cold, and the eggs were disgusting. The table wasn't even clean when we were sat. Our seater had to wipe the table off while we are sitting there. There was trash all on the floor and all the tables around us had old dishes and trash on them that stayed for hours. We left the restaurant about an hour ago and all of us were sick. Would like a refund. They made us pay full price for our food which wasn't even worth it!! read more

This place was awful we went in to place our order there was 4 people who worked the who completely ignored us so we went ahead and headed to the store then came back and had to ask if they were open because they were to busy talking to each other we sat there 4 35 mins waiting on our food my tenders were over cooked n my fries were ice cold my uncle's tenders were tough u could barely chew them n his Mac n cheese that they said just got done n to b careful bc it was hot was ice cold last time we were the food was delicious this time it was completely different im sorry but we were completely disappointed n will not go back there read more

This Denny's is located inside of a Pilot Travel Center. The staff here are so friendly as soon as I arrived I was greeted. I ordered takeout instead of eating inside I got broccoli with rice but my salmon was too salty. This was the first time I ever experienced my salmon being too salty at Denny's. The restaurant was clean and full of customers. I would come back but I would not order the salmon. read more

It took the waitress 20 minutes to take my order 20 minutes later she still had not brought me my coffee 25 minutes later I finally got part of my food 10 minutes after that I asked for the rest of my meal and was told sh was waiting on the toaster. Stopped at this Dennys while traveling, we wanted breakfast in the afternoon. After we were seated, 15 minute wait, we noticed the server apologized every time she delivered something to the other tables. We had time to observe since we sat for at least 15 more minutes without even being approached by a server. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of of 1 is after considering leaving, we were saved by a Fire Department mandatory evacuation! Horrible. Extreme wait, training staff, no coffee warm-ups, addressing customers from more than 15 feet away. Calling a customer out for self seating, lots of unnecessary drama. Plating issues, unfamiliarity with menu options. Other to go orders suffered long wait times as well. Most other Denny's across the country have decided to abide corporate policy on how to run their stores and have gotten it right. Maybe it's just the local talent, who knows Store was clean though and manager did the best he could to mitigate issues. Even he admitted it was his first week at this location. Hopefully his staff will listen to feedback and modify behavior accordingly. Based on other reviews, I seriously doubt it. I'm being nice. read more

First off there were about 4 people in the back but only one person doing all the work. We ordered the build your own breakfast and a burger. For the breakfast we got pancakes, fruit, and double bacon. They burnt the bacon and asked if I wanted different pieces. I said yes but I never received it because they said the cook kept walking in and out. My husband got a burger and was very clear about no pickles. They put pickles on it and so he asked for a different top bun. He brought it out but again the cook had left so it wasn't toasted like the bottom bun. So we had to wait longer and the waiter was the one who toasted it because again the cook walked out. My husband never got a refill one time. He only received the initial drink and the to go drink. The whole time they were in the back cussing and talking very loudly about things we didn't prefer to hear. Then as we were finishing the meal my husband saw one of the workers vaping in the back kitchen area. When we went to pay for the check the waiter said he would take the bacon off that we never received. He did not take it off so we had to wait even longer. Awful service every time I come, they always forget part of my meal and they always take longer than expected. I gave them one more chance and they told me 15 minutes. I ended up sitting there for an hour waiting for my food and then they also forgot my smoothie at the end of it and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a smoothie place is slow, dirty and poor customer service read more

We went yesterday and the server was up front with us about things that were unavailable. Ordered and food was prepared correctly and tasted great. Any concerns were addressed immediately. Server gave us more than enough attention to ensure our needs were met and our drinks stayed full. We will eat here again. read more

It's a decent place to eat. It's below Cracker Barrel standards but it'll do. 10% Military Discount. Oh & if you have an issue with your bill, take it up w/ your server @ your table. My husband and I went to Dennys on Friday. My husband and I love Dennys. Upon arrival there was no one to seat us, we then left and browsed in the truck stop. We returned a few minutes later. I went to the rest room to wash my hands and returned to find my husband seated. No silverware, drinks or menus at the table. After sitting for many minutes I got up from the table to locate any waitress...ours apparently was busy with a large table of guys from the Military base. I then approached her and she'd that I had to be at the hospital in two hours in Murray. She apologized eventually brought us water. She appeared to be very disorganized as she brought my entire meal out first, My husband looked at me like what the heck, so I made mention of to ask where his food was. Waitress stated that it would be right up. I started eating. She brought out four dressings for me. My husband who had requested dressing received none. Currently I have been in bed,sick with food poisoning and it is Sunday morning.. great way to spend an anniversary!
