The total was $14, and it's great that you get to mix and match any two for $14. I was a little bit, disappointed by how salty the empanadas were. I felt like I was sprinkling lime juice in using the cream sauce, just to dull down the saltines rather than for the flavor. The beef and cheese empanada was a bit oily, but less salty, whereas the shrimp empanada was quite salty. I was, however, quite impressed by the yucca fries. Those were very well seasoned, and had a sweetness to them. That was really pleasant! I definitely wanted to like this place a lot more than I did, especially given the hype around them.

(Plaza where World Cash Services is) They have amazing empanadas and arepas, and my personal favorite, the carimanolas! The arepas are delicious and filled with three different types of meat! It comes with carne (Ground beef), bacon and ham! It was absolutely phenomenal! The empanadas are crispy on the outside, and oh so delicious on the inside. My favorite was the carmanolas, which I never had before! The outside is fried yucca, which feels almost like a fluffy soft potato, but is filled with meat. They serve them with this delicious homemade sauce! Try their spicier version, which they serve in a jar! It is absolutely delicious!
