Great service here from all the medical staff. I was most impressed with the care all the nurses gave and how friendly everyone was. If you come to this location, park in the open air lot closest to 3rd street. Also just walk into the building closest to the corner of Earll and Central. Go to the elevator and choose the 7th floor. That's where the office is located. Also make sure to bring your parking ticket because Denova/Bayless validate! The service here is great and the location is amazing if you work in or near DT Phoenix. I believe this office is mostly PCP so if that is what you need, this is a great option for you. They are INN with Cigna as of this review. Also, you should know they have several other offices so if this location doesn't work for you, Denova/Bayless have several other options for you. read more

Had an appointment with a different dr since my dr canceled at last minute, had and paid $75.00 for my substitute dr to degrade me and tell me I shld be ashamed to ask to talk to another dr and he's adding notes to have me removed from a medication I've been on over 5yrs because of another prescription for a different reason (I need several disc that need artificial ones now) how dare a Psychiatrist that's suppose to be there to help you instead completely degrade a person?! They don't have a zero star rating which they should have. They are the worst when it comes to returning phone calls. If you are a Dad going through a divorce find another care giver. They will alienate you faster then your soon to be Ex does to your kids. 3 weeks of calling and no return calls. They are the worst and you will be speaking to my attorney. read more

I found Bayless after years and years of trying many therapists, with whom I just didn't connect with. I am on Medicaid so it made my search even more difficult. My pcp's MA found Bayless for me and I reached out right away. I was first paired with a therapist that wasn't the right fit. I told them what I was looking for and was paired with someone that was exactly what I was looking for and I feel blessed to say that we immediately connected and continue to see her whenever I need. Update: my check cleared & someone did cash my check. This is all office experience for my rating. Initially after the intake, had my first appointment. Didn't know the process, assume I would get an email or text inviting me to chat. I got nothing and after 15 min, called office and I was marked as no-show. I was very adamant I was available and got nothing via email or phone call. After I got set up with another person, I was fine up until my first major bills. I do have FSA and I went through them to settle my balance. I did call to obtain mailing address so check can be sent, lady answer obviously working at home, you can hear her children in background. A little unprofessional, but whatever. My check was sent in a few weeks ago, still showing an outstanding balance. read more

I called the office 5 minutes after the appt start time and I'm still waiting 10 minutes after the phone call to the office. Still no Erin McDonald. I don't recommend this place. If you need to see a doctor, this company is the worst. 45 minutes on the phone with some guy that doesn't know which of their locations is closest to Scottsdale. Finally I was told to go to their website to make an appt, so I could figure it out myself. Go to the website, can't sign in... I wasn't in their system even though they took all that info while I was on the phone waiting as he entered each info box. After registering myself I was able to sign in and make the appt. Then appt time comes and I can't sign on again. After getting it all supposedly straightened out, I make a new appt, since now I've missed the original one.... and same thing happens again. They have a chat box there if you have trouble signing on, and after filling out all the information, it says to wait and somebody will be right there to help me.... of course this box is still saying to wait 10 min. later. I sought care for my bipolar I disorder with Denova. After numerous medication misadventures and changes in providers due to staffing snafus at Denova, I have to say that overall, the care from Denova was of rather low quality. The last provider I saw from Denova did not seem to appreciate that treatment of bipolar disorder is essentially all "off-label". You learn to go with what works. After a great deal of trial and error, we found a regimen that worked pretty well, but that regimen did not work for this provider. He wanted to change my medication to something different because he was not personally familiar with what I had been prescribed. That does not seem to me to be a good reason to change a patient's medication away from what has been working well. The bottom line is that it was not my well-being guiding the way forward with this provider, it was his rather narrow personal experience that would be my limiting factor. This is not a professional approach. I have to give Denova Collaborative Health a thumbs down. read more

The office could never refill a prescription, and any mental health medication I was prescribed, I would end up having to withdrawal from; further experiencing INTENSE WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS. Then, I went to make an appointment with my provider and apparently she no longer works there. No one ever informed me of the doctor leaving, and I am now left with NO care. One thing I did notice after our first appt is it didn't go an hour. I thought these appts were an hour long? I am optimistic that our counselor will help us resolve our issues. My therapist is amazing. I would follow her anywhere. The reasons I'm giving 4 stars are: 1. Constant reminders of an appointment that start a few days before. Texts & emails. One reminder the day before should suffice. 2. Billing... I'll get an email of a payment due & then 5 minutes later get a phone call. Or I won't get any notice at all. N I get seizures n withdrawal without them, which I've been out for 2 days now n needed to find a psychiatrist to represcribe the medication. So I chose bayless, In which I deeply regret ! Bayless integrative health care for psychiatry is very inconsistent. This practice does not care if you have an established provider that is under your care and monitoring your medication. This practice just wants to make med check appointments with Any provider that's available. I feel moving patients all around to different providers for mental health care could be very detrimental and careless on their end. Especially after reaching out numerous times to speak with an office manager on this issue, with no call backs. Mental health care is nothing to be inconsistent or careless about. Changed my treatment plan and medications without even discussing it with me, which made me look like a fool in public when I went to the pharmacy wondering why my meds had changed. On a personal level this can lead a person to consider self medication just to continue what had worked for them for close to a decade. On a business level, it is very unprofessional not to have this talk with the patient. Instead, they are left completely in the dark.
