Let me just start by saying owners Ray and Erma Linda are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I went out on a whim and sent out a few requests for estimates on getting some Paintless dent repair done on a car that I was getting ready to sell. I sent out 3 estimate requests on a SUNDAY and didn't expect to hear back from anyone but Ray from Dent Affect responded within minutes. I texted photos directly to their number 702-762-0267 to get a response. Ray was able to give me a fair estimate on PDR for 3 of the doors on my car. Due to the severity of my damage, he did explain to me that he'd have to take a closer look and that he may have to re-evaluate the price, which was reasonable. I was just happy to have them come out and give it a shot because I hired a different PDR company and they refused to even try. After looking at the severity of the damage, they explained that due to the location of the dents and how deep they are (they were literally wrapped around braces and impact bars) they could not get reasonable access and could not guarantee results. Being that this was literally my last ditch effort before having to send the car to a body shop - I told them I'd pay them just to give it a shot knowing it wasn't going to be perfect. After about an hour and a half of picking away at my dents, the car is now in reasonable enough condition to sell. I even had them fix a dent on my other car that I was tired of looking at while they were here. The thing that people need to understand is that Paintless dent repair is an art form - it's not always a cut and dry situation. After all, you're trying to straighten metal that's been stretched and trying to harm the paint in the process. These people are good good people. Honest, Ethical and skilled. This morning they met me at Nellis afb to attempt to fix 3 large dents on my Aluminum Tesla hood. They explained that it might not be possible but they would try (nobody else would even try). After playing around with the dent for a bit they said they just cannot do it. I understood because they prepped me last week that it might not be possible. They discussed what they think I should do and none of it involve them making any money. It was a great idea, i called my body shop and told them this is what I want and they agreed. Ray's advice saved me over 2000.00 at the body shop. I'm usually not the type of person to write a review but I had to this time because I feel like the Ray and his business deserved it. When Ray came to check out my vehicle, we did a walk through and noted all the dents. There were a lot of dents and I was certain that it wouldn't be brought back to life... But I tell you what, Ray and his wife was able to bring my vehicle back to life and take the many dents especially on the top of my roof. Those areas are usually the most sensitive and scariest to remove. They took out about 6-8 dents out of my car and for a reasonable price versus other PDR companies in this area. There was a weird dent that was taken out and I was happy already even being OCD but Ray wasn't pleased and said it's going to get more love. He worked his magic and tweaked it some more just to bring it to 110% standard of his. This is a veteran and family landed business.
