They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. I had my truck repaired at this collision center about three years ago. The manager that was there was terrible. He didn't have my hood color sanded and buffed. Did not know this for sometime after the repair. I was very upset and did not want to deal with him at all so I never went back to have this fixed. Fast forward to today. I reached out to them to have it repaired it was driving me crazy. That manager was no longer there and Jack and his team were willing to remedy the problem. My truck looks like new. Front bumper caught on a parking stall concrete barrier and pulled the left side away from it's frame. Not major but unsightly. Got a few estimates and prior to going with Best Choice Collision Center I was quoted almost there times the cost using a used part (bracket) or given the option of a whole new bumper for over $1600. I cannot sing the praises of Best Choice Collision Center enough! An unsecured food service canopy blew into my car and dented part of the roof, as well as seriously scratched up the paint in places. Both Mark and Michelle were absolute pleasures to work with, both being incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and quoting me an incredibly reasonable price even as I was shopping around, and even when they were short staffed, I got my car back in five days looking brand new, and even freshly washed and detailed. Had a minor snafu in the garage with my brand new car and dented my back bumper. Got many quotes from Yelp. Best Choice was one of them. They responded quickly and advised to ask for Mike when I came down to have them look at the car and get the official estimate. Arrived a few days later and asked for Mike. He was friendly, kind, and very honest about a sensor possibly not working after the repair, and the cost to have it recalibrated if it malfunctioned. They weren't the lowest estimate, but Mike was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable having the repairs done at Best Choice. We scheduled a date to bring the car in for repairs. They advised the repair would take at least four days, but it was ready by the end of day three. The repairs looked amazing, paint matched perfectly, the bumper was reattached tightly and aligned correctly (have had issues with this in the past with other body shops), all of the sensors worked properly, and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Can't say enough good things about this body shop. Best choice is the only body shop I'll be using going forward. Give them a shot! I promise you won't be disappointed. read more

Needed/wanted some cosmetic work done on my front bumper that was truly bugging me - and I put out a Yelp work request to multiple body shops in Las Vegas. Best Choice Collision responded quickly, and they were extremely responsive and was VERY on top of replying to my questions (like within minutes) when I had questions about quotes and length of time it would take. Was quoted the price, and told if I brought my car in on a Monday it would be done by Thursday. I brought it in Monday morning, sure enough, it was done for me by Thursday as promised. And the price I was quoted was exactly the same and didn't change - there were no hidden or surprise fees/costs at all. These guys were very easy to work with, nothing was ever "shady" about this business whatosever.
