To be fair, they were definitely the cheaper option I found in Vegas. They were able to repair the scratches on the bumper, timing was as promised (2 days) and Laura had good communication throughout the process. The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper. read more

Vehicle received and was not cleaned. Upholstery had body filler stained on both front seats, repair can see areas that needed to be filled but was painted over. I've got into an accident, and my bumper and left headlights were out. I gave my picture to multiple body shops and got the quote from them, but I chose this body shop because of these reasons. 1. He was very responsive. He even replied not even during the business hour, and out of all the body shops, he replied with the most helpful response (quotes and details of other things) 2. Very, very good pricing. Like I said, I got quotes from multiple body shops, but this body shop was the 2nd cheapest. I had to fix my car without insurance, so the price did matter to me a lot. (I didn't go to the 1st cheapest because it was lil sus) And the thing is, the other body shops try to mark up the price because I'm a woman. It is ridiculous because I've tried to get the quote from this one large body shop, and they quoted me over $5000! And when my boyfriend sent them same pictures and details(Him not knowing I've already got the quote from the same shop), they quoted him about $3500. Which is ridiculous. It was a different worker who responded to my boyfriend but isn't it funny? But Jesse quoted me about $2,500. Which is very reasonable and much cheaper. And the prices of the parts were no different to the parts I've searched in the aftermarket. I really appreciate his reasonable pricing and the fast responses he gave me. He was very friendly, and the work he has done was great. At first, I did kinda doubt if the work would be ok because there were not many reviews on here, and the shop is not listed on Google map. But right now, I do 100% recommend this shop, and if there is anybody I know who needs to fix the car, I know where to recommend. He is very friendly and helpful. Lastly, I do want to mention that for the painting, the color is slightly different. I appreciate how different peoples experiences may be different. For me, this company was a 10 of 10. I had damage to my rear bumper. Using my insurance, I have a $1,000 deductible (plus insurance premium increase). So I decided to see how much it would cost if I didn't use my insurance. Other companies quoted me anywhere from $1,600 to $2,200. I sent a picture of my damage to this company. Within an hour, I heard back from Jesse. He said he could do it for $650. I was looking around for a bodyshop to get my bumper repainted that fit my budget and found 360 cars. This kind of company is a diamond in the rough these days! I was very impressed with this business from our first interaction to the final product. Unfortunately, we had backed over a tree stump in our car and ripped the bumper off. It was hanging off to the point where we couldn't drive it to work. So, first thing in the morning, I sent out quote requests to many auto body shops. Josh was the first one to reply with a general quote instead of just the typical "need in-person consultation". I really like that he gave me two scenarios via message. He told me that either they would be able to repair it that day(and quoted the price) or, if it needed more work, they would need to schedule me( and quoted that price). When coming into the parking garage at work, I made a right turn without realizing how close I was to the wall post, and it got the quarter panel. My heart sank when I saw it. I posted a picture thru yelp to see who was able to give me a quote and help with the dents, paint, and scratches. Jesse was the only person who responded with a price. The other business had to see it in person, I understand that. I did personally go to 2 other businesses after Jesse's price, but they both recommended me to change the whole quarter panel. But the price was way out of reach for me. I got charged between $7,000-$12,000. When I personally came to Jesse's spot, he let me know that the part was fixable without changing it and he stayed with the price he gave me thru yelp and the price was not even close to what the other places were charging me. I absolutely wanted to be able to update this experience with 360 to a positive light. If you read Josh's response he seemed like he genuinely wanted to make this right. And at first, he absolutely tried. Sadly SIX MONTHS LATER, my head light still isn't right and now no one will answer our calls or return messages sent. You can see in the updated pics/screenshots of text after text being sent, we have been beyond accommodating to every excuse as to why the job couldn't get done right. After multiple attempts of installing an aftermarket headlights that individually failed out of the box, they finally bit the bullet and installed an OE Acura headlight. So I was told. Got it back. Blinker doesn't work. Took it back. Again. Bcs you know, our time isn't valuable, obviously. Tech found that the aftermarket ballast (what all the electrical runs thru to turn your lights on) doesn't work with the OE headlight. That was in and of May beginning of June. Almost 3 months after my original post. I have sent 3 texts (shown in the pics), called Josh numerous times. No response. Tried to call the number here on yelp. It doesn't ring thru. My husband has swung by the shop and has been given numerous excuses and promises not kept. Headlight is still not fixed. So as it seems that we're left dangling in the wind with a very expensive headlight that still doesn't work, after giving your shop time and patience and everything we can to help you make a situation right, I'm doing what I promised I would do, which is updating my review. I'm by no means a Karen, but I'm also not going to quietly sit back. I'll be off the week of the 23rd. Due to my work schedule, my husband has always swung my the shop. I will be coming by to discuss this matter in person seeing that I can't get anyone on the phone. If this doesn't get resolved, I'm taking it to our social media accounts, with over 100k followers and a ton of local support.
