During the labor day hail storm, my brand new 2015 BRZ got caught in it. I was devastated. Luckily Bob was one of the most understanding guys I've known and walked me through the process of getting everything fixed. I also met Terry the first time I went there. Terry was looking forward to working on my car, not just trying to rush it into the shop to get it done. It took about a week to get done, but there was plenty of damage to go around. Those guys are artists. Having to match every single line of a car can be extremely tedious, but they are magicians when it comes to this stuff. Plot twist! The second day after getting it back a vengeful squirrel decided his acorns would look better on my car than the tree. I had to limp what love I had left for my flawless car and see what Terry could do. The hood had a single, small dent in the middle of it. He knocked it out in less than 10 minutes. I was astounded. I was more than thankful. Terry had to be the most humble guy during this ordeal I felt bad leaving the shop. Lastly, just today after a car meetup, a friend pointed out yet ANOTHER acorn dent on my fender. Guess what? I brought it back in asking what could be done. Terry said "I've got this." He knocked that out, buffed, and polished the area after it was finished! I was planning on doing that myself but he took the time to do it. Keep in mind I drove up and not 5 minutes after he wanted it in the shop to work on. If you haven't guessed by now, I've never seen a company work so hard for their customers. These guys have saved my poor car 3 times in the last 2 months I cannot thank them enough. If ever you have a dent, ding, or body blemish, just go to these guys. I'm the person that parks in the very back of the parking lot to avoid door dings. And every time I come back out to my car there is someone parked right next to me. I'd been lucky until last week. The wind took someone's door and it went right into my door :( I asked for recommendations on Facebook and went out to get some estimates. Dent Devil was the last stop. They had the best price, the cleanest, coolest shop, and Bob took the time to tell me how the PDR (paintless dent removal) works. Terry was very welcoming when I brought it in for the appointment. He took me out to look at it so i could show him the dents. He waited for me to get there while I sat In traffic after work. He removed some other dents that I didn't even know were there! So I made the mistake of letting my driver side door hit the hood cowl on my Jeep Wrangler when I was taking the doors off... the mirror arm put a nasty golf ball like dent in the metal. So... I gave the Clayton location a call and spoke with Mike and then later stopped by their location off of Brentwood and Clayton for an estimate. Mike met me in the parking lot and gave me the estimate on the spot - quick and easy. I brought my Jeep in a couple days later (to fit my schedule) and Mike began the work first thing. I honestly did not know what to expect out of paintless dent removal, but I am completely impressed with what Mike accomplished in about an hour's time. It looks like my stupid mistake never happened. Amazing work. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean, with chairs you could easily fall asleep in. I wanna say that this place is honest and they do great work there. I took my car in for headlight restoration and my headlights look great. They were in terrible condition when I took my car in, and when I left, my lights looked practically new. The price was fair and they did not stray 1 cent from their quote. They were honest and told me that they might not be able to restore the lights because they were so bad, and that they would stop the procedure if they saw it was not going to work. But, it worked and now I can see much better at night. I have been to a lot of dishonest places but they are honest and sincere at Dent Devil in Ballwin. read more

I stopped by on Saturday, (not realizing they were closed), and Terry the owner was there getting ready to work on a friends car. He stopped what he was doing, greeted me with a great attitude and took a look at the dent in the right rear of my car. We talked for a bit and I said I would make an appointment. He insisted I bring the car inside and he would take the dent out right now. Please understand, the business was closed and he was there on his day off! I can't say enough about Terry's attitude. This business is my "go to" for any body work on all of our vehicles. Terry is not only super professional, but also one of the "throwback" personal guys just like I grew up with. My Dad worked for Ford for almost 40 years and this business, led by Terry reminds me of those folks. And the cost/labor is very competitive with any other auto shops. Not to mention they repaired a front bumper on my BMW for about an 1/8 of what I would have spent at the dealership! Great business and great customer service! A great place to take your car for dent repair. My car had a lot of hail damage and looked bad. They fixed all the dents within a week and made my car look new again. The owner is serious about fixing all problems so that you leave happy and satisfied. I have seen a couple of reviews about the costs of the service but you get what you pay for. I had work done at the Ballwin location. Terry completed the work on my Mercedes and I couldn't be happier. I had a shopping cart dent the front drivers side wheel well. Because of the location of the dent this was not an quick in and out job, it required a lot of skill to ensure all the curves and lines came out looking like it never happened.
