I cannot say enough good about this company!!! They are unbelievable! I realize that when you read this, you may wish to discount its value based on my level of enthusiasm regarding World Wide. Please, do not do that!! As consumers, we are quick to complain when we have a bad experience, but not good about responding when the service is at or beyond our expectation. Why is this, well, our time is valuable, and in a world where we feel otherwise unheard, we tend to devalue quality whether seen or unseen. Often times, we do not even take time to complain, feeling... "what difference does it make...", often resolving that it will make "No Difference". Under any all all circumstances we are either agents of change, complacency, or indifference. I believe we can "Make a Difference", in the world around us!! World Wide is doing just that.... their commitment to customer relations and the quality of service provided is beyond EXCELLENT, it is truly UNBELIEVABLE. They WILL NOT sell you services you do not need and are honest and forthcoming about the mechanical issues or repairs needed. They are price competitive, but of greatest value is the integrity of their mechanical evaluation. They will recommend corrections based #1 on life safety, and #2 cost, with the idea of providing cost alternatives that do not jeopardize the service or performance outcome. They have always done body work for us when we have needed it, but now do all of our maintenence as well, from oil changes to other mechanical repair work. In terms of their honesty, they will refer to any outsource shop, without hesitancy, if they feel what you need is beyond their scope of work. They are all about what is best for the customer, not no expense for HONEST, TRUTHFUL INTEGRITY. The mangers and technicians are,first rate. I have been going to World Wide for over 20 years. They have always been fair in their pricing and the work is done in the time predicted. I had a problem with a car. I ask them to check it out. They spent some time on the rack and showed me the problem. They said it could only be fixed by a dealer. I was disappointed but I know that independent shops are now unable to buy some dealer only tools. World Wide charged me nothing for this diagnosis. ( The dealer price was outrageous with sloppy workmanship) If my luxury car doesn't have to go to a dealer, I will always go to World-Wide. Their body work is very good. Being skilled humans, they rarely make a mistake. If that happens, they " make it right". I have found the owners and staff to be helpful and courteous. If one is polite, you can expect politeness. In conversation with rental car company agents, they speak highly of WorldWide . ( If you have bodywork done, you'll probably need a rental while the work is being done). There are only a couple independent shops in my area I would take my cars to. World wide is at the top of my list. read more

I am definitly recommending this shop for any auto service. I was in a minor accident several months ago, and I took my car here simply because there were no negative reviews and my insurance covered it. They had my car in and out in a reasonable time, everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite and helpful. Sevice that I would normally rate a 4. There was a small issue with a part after the service, and they made it a priority and repaired it within a day. I was satisfied with my experience. Back to present day: I was driving my car and noticed a LOUD humming/vibrating sound, coming from the same area affected by my previous accident. I checked my paper work, and the parts and service were guaranteed under warrenty. I took my car in to see if it was an issue that would be covered. I was very pleased to find that it was covered under warrenty, and they had the car back to me the next day, free of charge. Bottom line: If you take your car here, consider it fixed. read more

I can Always count on Worldwide for both my vehicles! Honesty goes a long way! I've been going to Worldwide for many years now for everything. I bought my Acadia from a dealer so I had a warranty...well I waited 3 hrs WITH an appointment just for an oil change. When I asked the dealer service man what the problem was, he told me they had to put the tires back on. Tires for an oil change?! Yep, I called the service manager & got 50 shades of excuses! Never again. I was back at Worldwide where I should have gone. Lesson learned. I was referred years ago & will stick with them because they are prompt, honest, & solid. I love, love, love these guys. They are VERY honest and helpful. I have an older BMW that has been a great car. It has normal "wear" like brakes, etc. Of course BMW always has a long list of repairs that cost a fortune when I go in for a simple oil change. When I take my car to WWA, they are always very honest about what REALLY needs fixed, alternatives that are less expensive, and give me great advice. They made time to take my car in right away, fixed it in 15 min, and didn't charge me since it was so minor. Truly a wonderful business and refreshing to see such honesty in the car repair business. I came here to "World-Wide Car Service" and explained my Lexus car's starting problem, he just understood it, tested it, and said solenoid switch is gone bad. Replacement cost altogether it took 350 $. Did it in less time upon my request. No issues. I recommend this shop to all and I liked the problem explanation, ambience, and reasonable price. read more

World wide is the only place we take our car's. They are honest. If you don't need something fixed, they will tell you. They could have sold me breaks because they squeal at times, but they say I don't need them. I recomend them to everyone we know and those I don't know. The're the best. I brought my SUV to check out the compliance bushings that the dealer said needed to be replaced. The price to replace was for more than $ 500.00. After a detailed investigation by World Wide, it was determined the compliance bushings did not need to be replaced at this time. read more
