Shannon and the team at Fenders took care of the details, helped me line up the steps that I had to take to get approved, and got me in with no waiting time. They were fast, easy to deal with and super friendly. They got me into a car for the duration of the repair at no cost to me, and got the repair done in a timely manner. Shannon also made sure that they billed the insurance company directly so I wasn't paying huge out of pocket cost. Thanks guys for taking care of me and making this situation stress free for me.

They "contracted" the control arm out to replace .... & it seized a few weeks later on a busy section of Hwy #97 in West Kelowna. Rod suggested I bring it back as the 'contractor' had put in the wrong year/control arm. It is now at Toryota & I don''t mind waiting. They drove me to work and picked me up .. on my schedule, not theirs (I've been to shops where I've had to wait nearly an hour for a ride, even though I had an appt) My truck was filthy so I'd expected that they would have to spot-wash the areas they were working on. They not only washed the whole thing, but buffed out the surface scratches too ... it looked brand new! (which is huge when you have a dark vehicle) The service was outstanding and the people terrific .. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else ... very very well done!

Not only did Darren follow up with me the next day, but he also tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I was pleasantly surprised when the bumper came in the next day. I realized I didn't have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past his closing time for me to pickup my car when it was done. The colour matching was perfect and he even fixed a couple extra things that needed to be adjusted as well.
