Shannon and the team at Fenders took care of the details, helped me line up the steps that I had to take to get approved, and got me in with no waiting time. They were fast, easy to deal with and super friendly. They got me into a car for the duration of the repair at no cost to me, and got the repair done in a timely manner. They get my truck running enough to get me home (back over the Coquihala to Vancouver Island) without major issues. They identified the larger issue that couldn't be dealt with in my time frame, addressed what they could to make sure i got home, and also avoided me spending extra money that i didn't need to spend. to be honest they could have milked this for a bunch of stuff i didn't need, but they were honest and helpful, answered all my endless questions (thank you Enzo!) made sure i understood all my options. i would for sure recommend them to anyone needing help in a pinch.

They drove me to work and picked me up .. on my schedule, not theirs (I've been to shops where I've had to wait nearly an hour for a ride, even though I had an appt) My truck was filthy so I'd expected that they would have to spot-wash the areas they were working on. They not only washed the whole thing, but buffed out the surface scratches too ... it looked brand new! When a warning light came on right after I drove away, I phoned him and asked if I could return. He said "Oh yes, please!" even though it was quitting time on a Saturday. (I would expect most people to say "Are you sure?" or "Just drive and it'll go away.") Been dealing with fountain tire for close to 20 years. Always helpful service…read more Wife decided to get a lift done and tires done by by them. Under 3 month later we were back in with worn bushing on the new parts they installed. Understandable sometimes part are faulty... but they don't warranty their work so had to pay the install labor on warrantied parts. ???? So over 500 bucks later new drag link and aligment included. We make it half way home driving sloppy as hell. They forgot to tighten up the bolts!!!! And steering wheel is at 10 o'clock when driving strait....so what did I just pay for??? Got a we are sorry, fixed up and sent on our way.... unfortunately this experience has left us with no confidence in their quality of work or qualifications to do the work. I now have take it eleswhere to get thier work inspected due to this lack of confidence. Lesson learned only deal with shops that have the confidence in their work to warranty the install for as long as warranty on the part they are installing.
