Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. There is an enterprise on site in the mornings and I was able to get special A1 pricing ($25-$30) for the day, which I found extremely convenient since I had nobody to help me or pick me up. They did offer to drop me off at my house (@ no cost) but getting a rental was so convenient that I ended up taking that route. About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. On the block where I live, my neighbors have more than a few visitors that park as they please. I happened to pass too close to the wooden gate. Total shock followed by anger took over me when I stepped out and noticed not only a scratch on the front bumper, but an open tear as well. I will spare you the aftermath of my emotions and fast forward to how I ended up at Gold Coast Collision Center located along S. Dixie Highway. I found this small paint and body shop through Yelp search. I met the owner who was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the work and labor that has to be done. Since the damage on my vehicle was minimal, I was told to bring it by the next day and the work should be completed within 24 hours. 24 hours later.... I arrived at the shop within two hours after receiving a phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The owner was not there, but I met an associate of his who took me into the work area to take a look at my baby. I was speechless and very happy at what I was seeing. The scratch and tear was gone like it was never there. They 100% matched the color and the gloss of the paint was exactly how it looked the day I drove it out of the dealership.
