Today I picked up my car at West Boca after having some minor work done. It's my first experience with them and it was a good one, excellent in fact. Friendly and accommodating. I'm very fussy about my car and they did a first-class job all the way and I felt the price was more than fair. On top of that they hand washed it, vacuumed the interior and I wouldn't have believed it, vacuumed even the trunk and it needed it from many runs to the nursery. I took my wife's Nissan Altima here to get checked out. I dropped it off around 1:30pm and never heard back that day. The next day I called at 12pm to ask for an update. The woman on the phone said she would check and call me back in two minutes. Two hours later I called to tell them to have the keys ready because I was picking the car up and taking it to a different shop. The guy on the phone asked "How do you know they're not working on the car?" I told him they better not be working on it because they never told me what was wrong and I never authorized any repairs. This place is amazing. I went in for an oil change after seeing a groupon online and I paid only $38 for EVERYTHING! I got synthetic blend oil, liquids top off, 29-point inspection, old oil thrown out and new oil filter!! Not only was it an amazing price, but, the people there were also amazing!! I went in early in the morning and they were still friendly, polite and very helpful! They even offered me fresh coffee and pastries! Don't take your car here unless you want them to ride around in it for their own leisure. I took my car here to get fixed which resulted in me receiving a ticket from the turnpike. Idiots! They went through the sun-pass lane. When I had called them to pick up my car on the Thursday it was suppose to be ready I was told they needed an extra day. I understood and called the next day to be told the same thing. Then of course the next day all the way until Monday. Once I received this ticket it was evident what the hold up was. Even worse it was two AM the snapshot was taken of my license plate, on the thursday it was suppose to be ready. I was no stranger to this place, my dad had taken his car to get fixed here numerous times, as well as my brother. We, to no surprise, will NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. Disgusting. The shop did an oil change and a lettering job on my Range Rover. I was happy with the job they did on my vehicle. Mike even had my front parking sensor properly adjusted so the sensor can work again. My front parking sensor was not working properly for some time now. I was surprise and happy that I wasn't even charge for the labor for the parking sensor. I would definitely recommend this shop for excellent and reliable work. read more

Initially I thought Mike was looking out for my best interests in getting my truck repaired. After inspecting my vehicle he noticed hidden damage that wasn' documented by the insurance company and immediately said it was totaled, even going as far as bringing up lawsuits. I left my vehicle with him so the claims estimator could come out and re-evaluate the damage, this took 10 days. All the while, I was racking up storage fees of $85/ day. The insurance company stated it wasn't a total loss and suggested a repair job to Mike, to which he said he wasn't comfortable doing the job because I may have problems in the future regarding the repair. Since he wasn't doing the job, I asked to have my truck released, at this point he said they needed to put the car back together. WHAT, you weren't supposed to do any work! Needless to say, my vehicle was in worse shape than it was when I brought it in, as they didn't put it back together correctly, even loosing some parts. After all was said and done I had to pay $1,000 "ransom" to get my truck back, for storage and administration fees. Keep talking lawsuit, because you're going to get one. read more

Mike was a pleasant to work with had electrical issues with the Jaguar, he inspected the car at no charge. Explained to me that there was a module that needed to be replaced and was extremely fair. I brought a Groupon, called and made an appt and took my new vehicle in for its 1st (full synthetic oil change tire rotation and a 27pt inspection). I noticed the shop had 3 or 4 service bays and there were mechanics working inside. Upon arriving I was greeted by a young girl, right away I was asked for my keys by a man who told it was an additional fee of $13 for oil disposal, I will later find out he was the owner. He walked in and out between the small office and the shop about 10 times visibly and verbally (cursing) upset as I sat there for approx 10 min. He said nothing more to me at the time. I was Surprised at how quickly they finished my car. The owner then came in me and put my keys on the desk in front of me and said it was done. I asked where the 27 pt. inspection sheet was. He turned around hands on his hips and said very rudely to me "we are here to make money" his exact words. I almost fell out of the chair! Then leaving my keys in front of me and mumbling under his breath he went into the back office and called someone who I assumed was the mechanic. I said won't you need my keys to do that inspection, how can you inspect a car when you can't see it, no one answered ( there was approx 10 feet from me to the back where they were standing and I could hear them talking) between the 3 of them they completed the very generic form without even looking at my car. The young girl brought me out the sheet and I expressed my displeasure with them. I said if I had to put up with a boss like that everyday I would never come in. She smiled and said "you know how men are" I was not amused and I went on my way. Three weeks had passed and I went to look for some paperwork In my glove box. First thing I noticed was my wheel lock was missing. I knew immediately where they had to be as it was a brand new car and had never been to another shop. I immediately called the shop and explained to the girl that they must have my wheel locks. She asked me to hold on I waited about 5 min she came back on and said the person who worked on my car did not do a tire rotation. I said "WHAT" I pd for a tire rotation. She said you only had 5000 miles and you didn't need one! I said that's not your decision to make I pd for a tire rotation and said I should have been told at that time. They took my money but did not do the rotation or the inspection...... Then she tried to say that she didn't know what the tech did. I called her out and asked her which is it??? I asked her the name of the person who did it she said Mike and that they only had one tech which I knew then that she was lying because there were other cars being worked when I came in and when I left that day. She said she would have the tech call me in a few minutes. An hour and a half later no one called. I called back and the owner, having experiencing his voice previously picked up the phone. I told him my name and without saying another word he handed the phone to the receptionist. She said she would have him call you when he gets in. I said I wanted to speak with the owner ( the same guy that picked up the phone initially) she said he wasn't there. I asked why she was lying to me because he just answered the phone a few second earlier. That was on Tuesday, no call Wednesday. So today I called back, the owner (MIKE) answered and I told him who I was and that I was lied to and cheated by his company. He literally attacked me verbally and said that I called him a f?#! As%#?!. I hadn't cursed until that point. He told me to come in and pick up my $15 I said no $15 it was $37 + the elavated $13 for the oil disposal. He then refused to let me speak and told me no one calls him a FA.... He said come in and pick up a ck. He hung up on me before I could call him a FA because I certainly would at that point. This company blatantly lied to my face, did not perform the work I pd for and treated me badly from start to finish. They also owe me wheel locks for $99 as I cannot have my wheels removed without it. I want everyone to know how dishonest this company is and God only knows how many people they have deceived in the past. DO NOT Use this service station or purchase a groupon associated with them. Absolutely the worst most unprofessional body shop I've ever seen!! Went in for a quote for a classic VW and the owner was quick to tell me he could fix anything. After looking at one Photo of the vehicle he immediately looks at me and says "I'm not being an asshole but what would you even buy a car like this for" fist off if I'm paying you to repair a car what's it matter why I bought the car. Second off, just because you say your not being an asshole usually means your being an asshole!! The owner continues to talk down to me saying " you have no idea what it cost to repair a car and you have no idea what your getting into" "your entering a black hole you will never see the end of" I myself have restored 3 antique/classic cars and trucks and own my own garage. A simple no I'm not interested in fixing the vehicle would have been great and honest. But he couldn't help to make himself look more and more uneducated and unprofessional. He tells me tat my "car will need a new frame" he is obviously not very educated in the car field because the car is a unibody car and does not have a frame. And when I corrected him he replies "oh well I didn't know" I would advise anyone thinking of using this guy to steer clear he is a a scammer and will feed you a line of lies to empty your wallet into his hands!! read more
