I recently purchased a pre-owned Challenger. The original owner was not as careful as I would have been and got door dings and dents down both sides of the car. The biggest one was right on the body line in the rear quarter. I wasn't sure what could be done short of body work and re-painting, which I did not want to do. Research led me to "paintless dent repair", I had never heard of it and was very skeptical that it actually worked. I have a black Colorado Z71 pickup. The hood had five or six noticeable dents in it in a large hard to get to area. A black vehicle will really show dents. Jose came to my house on a Sunday and provided me a very reasonable quote and setup an appointment with me to remove the dents. He came to my work and took the dents out the next day. This took him hours to remove the dents due to how hard they were to get out which made no difference to me since I was at work and my vehicle had to be there anyways. I just bought a new car 2 days ago and in the process of trying to park it in our garage for the first time I dented the hood, I was devastated because this was my wife's new car. Jose and his team did a great job repairing a ding in my car. Told me he was coming and gave me an update on his arrival. Came to the house and had all the tools and two other people. Have to say, I have never seen the care to fix a ding in all my life. Had a light to illuminate the area, and slowly pounded (I say pounded but it was more like taps) the dent. I guess what impressed me the most is when Jose asked if it was good, I said looks great, one of the other guys said " No I think there is one little spot we can make better and they took another 5 minutes after I said it was okay. On my 2015 GT Mustang the dent was sharp and directly on a crease so the chances of it coming out were slim but Dent Masters lived up to their name and got it looking new.
