Cannot thank this guy enough! My insurance company first sent out Billy from Denttech, who wanted to drill into my BMW 528i! Of course, I told him no, and he even tried to make me feel guilty by telling me how he had just driven all the way from Oakland to "fix" my dent. Today, while returning to work from my lunch break, an employee of a company that will remain unnamed (in this review) kicked my vehicle, leaving a dent in my door. The company that this gentleman worked for was doing work for Bill Brandt Ford. So, after work, I went back to Ford, not knowing the man was not a direct employee of theirs as the incident occured in the street in front of their building. The man I spoke to at Ford took my name and number and told me he would have his dent guy take care of it at their expense. So, I'm returning home, expecting the same hassle one always experiences when recieving a free service; inability to agree on a date, needing to gather paperwork, pictures, etc. Then, not even home yet, my phone rings and it is Rudy asking for the location if where I want the repair to happen. I gave him my address, yet still wasn't holding my breath. To my great surprise, he arrived quickly, took a look at the damage, listened to my story and got to work. It only took about fifteen minutes or so and he was done. The work was amazing, I didn't expect the dent to be returned to perfect but he got it closer than I had thought possible. He had the paperwork written up, billed to Bill Brandt Ford, and I signed. I tried to tip him, and I mean I was persistent, but he refused, reasoning that the damage was not my fault. Rudy could not have been more accommodating. I had initially scheduled an appointment for my personal vehicle and he ended up adding in one of my parent's vehicles as well reasonably adjusting the price per/vehicle. Let me tell you this guy does wonders. You can definitely tell which dents are of ease for him (removed in a matter of seconds) and which ones are challenging. He had removed 99% of the dents on my vehicle (one would require door/frame tweaking which could ultimately break paint so I opted out for that last ding) So in all fairness, I will not count that against him despite how much it pains me to see it still there. The main dent on my passenger rear door was an eye-sore and now that it is gone, I really can't complain. Last month my family and I went mountain biking at some nearby trails. I must have not secured the bike rack to the car very well because as we were leaving, we hit a bump which caused the bikes to swing away and then back into the lift gate of our brand-spankin'-new 2013 Honda Odyssey. I'd give 10 starts if I could! My poor range rover as well as my husband's S2000 both had dents to be fixed. The RR had a tiny round dent on the right rear door just big enough to be obvious, obviously annoying that is and the S2000 had a pretty large dent on the top front quarter panel. Honesty is a service you can't buy. I have a crease in the side of my car that is less than an inch from the body line. I can tell by looking at it that it's not your average pop and go dent. Rudy came by and took a look at it for me.
