I had a few places on my truck, "2016 GMC Sierra 1500" that I wanted touched up. Paul was in Winter Haven so he was nice enough to drop by the house. He explained thoroughly what my options were, how he was going to go about it, and was sincere and respectful. I believe he is one of the most trustworthy people I've ever met and I only talked to him for about 30 minutes. But you can see it in him. He actually talked me out of painting the boo-boos on my truck. Because of the paint itself, Onyx Black. And because it seemed to have about seven coats of clear which is not, commonly ordered on a truck. Paul said it would cost the dealership about $5000 extra to order the truck painted like this. Last night I purchased a new leftover 2017 Silverado. The salesman pointed out the small dent it had in the passenger-side door, that I should bring it back to Ferman Chevrolet on Friday. Holy Smoke's Paul has mad skills!!!! Had several ugly dents on my 2009 Ford Fusion. Paul came out to the house on a Saturday to do the repairs. Paul is remarkable!! I am a 71 year "young" woman that purchased her final (at my age, hate that word) car.
