But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. I got a little bump on my Porsche Boxster S front bumper. I sent a photo to mr bumper usa and was…read moretold they could fix it for $200. Although this company advertises MOBIL WE COME TO YOU I was told I had to go to their location 60 miles away. They said they don't fix plastic bumpers Mobil only crome. I made the drive and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Until I was told they were finished. Before I even looked at the work the tech told me that because the car was old, when he heated the bumper it stretched too much and he did the best he could. He only charged me $50 for the work and said if I wanted it fixed perfectly they would have to remove the bumper, sand it and paint it and it would take 2 days. I told him I would think about it and let them know. When I got back home I started to clean my car and noticed that the bumper was not aligned. The passenger side (where the dent was) was worse than the drivers side but both were not aligned. I immediately called and left several messages about my concern. I sent pictures of the front of my car BEFORE they worked on it (with the dent still there) and both sides of how they didn't align now. They asked for several more pictures of different angles which I immediately sent them. Finally they said that THEY HAD JUST MISSED A CLIP and it was an easy fix. So again I made the 60 mile trip to St Cloud. I showed the two men how the bumper didn't align and they got very defensive. They said they never touched the driver side of the bumper. I told them that maybe when they disconnected the passenger side they moved the driver's side. They said no way they did that. They reattached the bumper as best they could and I left. More than anything I'm annoyed that I never got an apology and they still insisted they didn't move my bumper. They also showed me that the screw hole had snapped and that I brought it in like that. Idk I used Mr Bumper USA because your reviews were so good but I'm not happy. I have a messed up bumper that no longer aligns. I would NEVER recommend this shop if you have a plastic bumper. They have no idea what they're doing. Now it's probably going to cost me $thousands to replace the bumper.

Called Morrison Corp to have 3 small areas repaired on my car. I sent very accurate photos to them…read moreand was given a decent price so I agreed for them to come fix my volvo. When they showed up they saw my home and almost doubled the price. Total scam. After assuring me my Volvo would look perfect and "no one would be able to tell I had work done" I allowed them to proceed. I left my car in the driveway and the mobile guy came out. After 2 hours they sent me photos ( very low quality photos) telling me it looked perfect and they wanted payment. I asked for extra photos because his pics were so grainy. He said those are the best photos his technician can offer. I went ahead and paid him. When I got home and I could see for myself, I saw the VERY shoddy work. I asked for a refund, they refused and ignored me. When I asked for someone to come remove the paint drips and redo the work they scheduled 2 appointments and were NO SHOWS for both appointments. So they refuse to fix the damage and also refuse to refund my money. Stay FAR AWAY from this company!! They are shady and do horrible work. I'm going to report them to multiple agencies so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
