They had it done in about a week. The outside looked fine, I didn't get a close look because I was in a rush to get back to work. I get off work and can finally take a good look at my car. Boy was I in for a surprise. They charged me for a new door, didn't get a new door, overspray everywhere, paint drops inside, they broke the window seals, knock on the door and something was loose, they didn't take the dent out, just filled it with bondo & more The following pictures speak for themselves. On top of that, when I went to voice my concerns to the person in charge, he was VERY dismissive about everything I mentioned. I asked if they had quality control & he said they had a person for each step & I said so like 4 people looked at this & they ALL thought it looks good?! He said they would just "buff it out" and "you know how insurance is" and "we're very busy look at all these cars." Not ONCE did he apologize for the quality of work or offer to correct it.
