We have gotten brakes checked / replaced, oil changes, and other misc services as our vehicles have needed them. They can get backed up, so I'd recommend calling and see what their wait is like and how long they might expect to get your vehicle back to you, just in case. They do have a key drop-off box if you are needing to leave your vehicle their overnight or before they open.

They did have a car we were interested in, which is what ultimately led us to this destination. We did proceed with a test drive and liked the car. She then attempted to pull old school negotiating tactics, which are annoying to begin with .... she added a whole new level of horrible to the car salesperson experience. We ended up leaving, extremely frustrated as we did like the car. Manager called us back a little later and urged us to come back, we only agreed to come back if we didn't have to work with her. Should have been a red flag and we should have just walked, but we went back. To their credit, they didn't make us work with her again, but it was beyond awkward as she glared at us every time she walked by us. We did come to an agreement, but it took far too long, and there were so many things that should have indicated just walk away. We had a small list of 'Owes us' when we wrapped up. That turned into a nightmare for us to get taken care of. Once the sale was made they were done. We had to make all the calls and follow up with what they committed to us .... not the other way around. Really disappointed in what they claim to be customer service. I hope this isn't how they treat all their customers and to be honest they should be ashamed of how they treated us, especially after we came back. Fast forward, the car we got, is turning out to be a lemon. Fortunately it still had a manufacturer warranty and it's being taken care of (not at this location). I honestly don't think I would go back here even if they were offering free cars .... simply not worth it!

I was told that it was not my wheel bearing, but my transmission that was making the noise. I went ahead and had the front brakes and rotors replaced. I then took my 2019 Camry to a transmission place, and of course, they said my transmission was perfectly fine, that it was my wheel bearing. So after have three different people/places (including my boyfriend, who has a master C license) tell me that I needed my wheel bearing replaced, not only time was wasted, but an extra $125 to have someone look at my perfectly good transmission, was also wasted. They've always done great work for me…read morebut I'd like to share about a recent experience where they truly went above and beyond for us. We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case. Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops! This group is truly honest, fair and exceptional in what they do! I can't recommend them enough to anyone seeking great service with a business they can trust.
