Service was great from the friendly staff on the phone to the technician who did the work. You don't have to go to them, they come to you!!! And the price was right. Made an appointment for THE NEXT DAY, and the technician arrived on time. José was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fast. He did an immaculate job, and advised me on aftercare so that the urethane adhesive would cure perfectly. The man is a professional and it shows! I have a car with all the electronics, bells and whistles and the windshield sensor calibration was included with installation. They were recommended by my auto dealer and I would recommend them again to anyone, you won't be disappointed! read more

The two guys take the windshield out and then I'm told that they wouldn't honor a guarantee because there was some rust. What the hell is wrong with you guys? What a HORRIBLE time, they couldn't even get the cowl off and I had to do it. Horrible... Would NEVER recommend or use again. You come take the windshield out and then change the terms??? ILLEGAL. My girlfriend just had her windshield replaced. Within a week it cracked. She has been trying to contact them since. After being phone shuffled still nothing. This is not good business. We should have gone with Safelite. read more

Needed a windshield replaced for a 2015 Chrysler 200. Called several places to get quotes. Two businesses quoted me over $400 (Safelite being one of them). My third call was to All Star Auto Glass. During the storm a couple of months ago a tree hit my windshield. Called Safelite and they wanted almost 400. My neighbor told me to check out All Star, so I called them up. Very nice on the phone and I was quoted 212.00, with them coming to my location. Needless to say I was pleased with the price, but skeptical. We scheduled for today at my job which is in Bucks County. They called me in the morning to confirm when they would be here. Arrived on time and installed the windshield in less than 30 minutes. The guys installing were very professional and nice. If I ever need any replacement glass I will be calling All Star. Thanks for the excellent service and product. Very disappointed in this business they replaced my windshield with 1/4 of Glass not covering the front and then also broke my cowl vent. I blame myself for not checking their work but who leaves someones car like that and doesn't tell them. It's not like it's something they didn't see. The "manager" I spoke to was very rude and told me I had to wait 3 days to have just come out to look at and if it was something that had to be replaced, I would have to make an appointment. I work in an ER and they came to my job and replaced my front windshield in under an hour! All while working around my schedule! I called yesterday, and they said they would call me the next day to see when I was available. They called around 12PM and showed up 20 minutes later! They had my windshield in stock in 1 day and installed it in less than 40 minutes. They offer a free mobile service where they will come to you to install, but it was more convenient for me to just stop in and have them do it at their shop. Their prices are great. I paid $176 for a windshield that safelite wanted to charge over $300 for. If you are in need of a replacement windshield I highly recommend All Star Auto Glass! I needed a front passenger side window for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. Very difficult to find. Called 5 places in and around Allentown listed here. 3 said it might take a few weeks. 1 quoted over $400 with a three day wait. I used this company in 2004 with old car. I was out of state and had my passenger window vandalized. I called them up and they took care of me the same day. Just last year in 2011, I had the windshield with a big crack on my new car and I called them again. It was easy to schedule the appt. They came to my job and fixed the windshield while I was working. At the end, I tried to give the guy a tip and he didn't take it. I was amazed. The windshield looks as good as the day I bought the car. Nice job! read more

if you are reading this review and in need a new windshield, look no further. i needed a new windshield for a 92 cadillac. first, i got a quote from safelite... approx $450. OUCH! next, i called a different local auto glass place..they weren't even able to find the windshield i needed! finally i called all star auto glass. they replaced my windshield the next day while i was at work for approx $175. great customer service. great workmanship. great price. very professional. read more

Wouldn't use them if I were you!! They called with a quote - I wasn't able to schedule at that moment so they said they would save it. I call back - the rep is speaking to me and apparently 2 other people at the same time. She asks ME what the quote was and keeps switching to Spanish so I have to keep asking her to repeat herself. Just got a bad vibe, so called back and cancelled the appt. Next day, a tech calls saying he is coming to my house. I tell him the appt was cancelled. He hangs up. Later, the scheduling lady calls and tells me they have been receiving calls from my husband about doing the work. I am absolutely stunned and tell her not to call me again. Total LIES from this place. And I know this because I DON'T have a husband! Seriously - a very poor way to do business. And just offensive if they think they can take advantage of a woman calling to have work done on her car. DO yourself a favor and look elsewhere! read more
