If you want your peace of mind destroyed, your confidence shattered, and your life made miserable,…read moregive your car to this collision center. I made the biggest mistake of my life by leaving my car with them on June 23, 2025. The staff is unhelpful, and every time you call, they send you in circles. It has been nearly three months, and I still don't have my car back. Their only response is empty apologies over email with no real action, which is beyond frustrating. There is a complete lack of communication among the team. Every issue is "escalated" to someone supposedly higher up, who somehow ends up being worse than the last. To make matters worse, staff have made unprofessional and insulting remarks such as, "You're not as difficult as our previous customer," or implying that while rude customers get their work done on time (despite the staff wishing bad on them), "nice" customers like me are left stuck in an unfortunate situation. This kind of behavior is manipulative & disrespectful. Initially they lured me into buying one of their Volvos, promising I would get my VW back within a month. When I refused and insisted on having my own car first, the excuses started: they claimed a shipment hadn't arrived and would take another month-- a shipment coming from Canada in 2025 which takes more than a month and is with no tracking number, no contact details. When I asked to speak directly with their parts supplier, they stalled for four weeks and never shared the information. They play games--responding at 5 PM on Fridays, promising callbacks that never happen, and constantly assigning me to new "point people" who either quit or vanish within days. Most recently, I was told my car had been handed off to a third-party repairer. But when I asked for that shop's contact details so I could follow up myself, they refused, saying only they would provide updates. This raises serious concerns that my car may be misused. After three months of delays, excuses, lies, disrespect, and zero accountability, I can say with certainty: trusting this collision center with my car has been the worst decision I have ever made. I am writing this information so I hope at least one person is able to avoid the frustration I experienced

This is a review I am putting on YELP I purchased a…read moreSilverado from Scott Chevrolet... used with new car warranty. I brought it in in May, I believe. The lifter had broken... something like that. They fixed it within a week. On the test drive they went again. They said the company would have to replace the engine, but it would be a while. They gave me a loaner truck. It was brand new, less than 50 miles on it. After I had put about 6500 miles on it, I had an appointment for an oil change. There was some confusion because it wasn't MY truck. I had explained when I made the appointment, that it was their truck. Not a big deal. After they did the oil change they told me they couldn't give it back to me because it had too many miles on it. They were going to give me a car. I said that wasn't acceptable. I go to the Appalachian Trail, or the PA Wilds, for 5 day hiking trips, virtually living out of my truck...and sleeping in it. The supervisor came over and said he was inclined to not give me anything because of how filthy the truck was, and I had a sleeping bag, clothes, and food in the truck. I said it was dirt... I had just gotten back the night before and was planning on leaving in 2 days for another adventure. He said, if I returned a truck in this condition to a rental agency, I would be charged. I said, I wasn't planning on returning it. I was just bringing it in for an oil change. He said it would cost him $500 to clean it up. I said that it was just dirt! It's not like the body was dented or the seats were torn. He said he couldn't tell. I said I am sorry I got your precious truck dirty. He said he wasn't looking for an apology. I said An apology often goes a long way...You would think someone in your line of work would know that. In the end he agreed to give me a truck, but it wouldn't be ready for a few days, I would have a car in the meantime. He wanted me to transfer my stuff (It was loaded with hiking stuff) to the car. I said no, I would bring it home, unload it, and return. I think he thought I wasn't going to come back. I said, Look, all this stuff is not going to fit in the car. And look at the stuff in the truck bed. Something will likely tear a hole in the seats, and then I would never hear the end of it. He agreed. I took it home, unloaded it, brought it to a car wash. Spent about $10 washing and vacuuming. I returned. He was pleased. After the supervisor left I asked the service guy if, since I saved him $500 do you think he would throw me a couple of hundred? I returned the new car after 500 miles and got another new truck. After about 3500 miles I was told the truck was ready. This was in late August, after more than 3 months. I was told there was something wrong with my brakes. I said, I had just had it inspected before dropping it off, and there was nothing wrong with them then. They had also test driven it after fixing it the first time. And there was nothing wrong with them then. I was told that I would have to spend $1000 to have them fix it. They didn't even acknowledge what I had said. I picked it up without scheduling service and brought it to my mechanic. He explained that when a truck sits around for a little while a tiny bit of rust grows on the pads. That usually comes off after some use. But when it sits for months, as mine had, a lot of rust accumulates and causes damage. So their negligence had caused the problem. He charged me about $530 to fix it. Also, I had one major dent in the truck when I dropped it off. There were several other dents and dings when I picked it up. The parking spaces at the dealership are very close together. Unfortunately, I didn't have pictures, so there is no way I can prove that. I would never bring it to Scott again, except my car guy says I have to for oil change and regular service. Otherwise if there is more warranty work, they will make a big deal about it if I don't have receipts for everything, and will deny the warranty. Gosh they stink.
