Long over due review. I'll start off by saying the focused repair work was great. Repaired spot was done very well. The car came back to us with what I believe was an exterior detail. Very clean and shiny. Now the bad. Last year I had scheduled out the repairs on my car. When I dropped it off they were supposed to have the replacement parts and I would have the car back fairly quickly. This did happen they had the car for weeks and it took me a while to get a response from someone on why it was taking longer. I finally got a call from someone who said that the replacement door had been damaged in shipping and they were having a hard time finding another. He was very apologetic and said that I would only be charged cost for the work and I'd get the car back asap. They got the car done and I picked it up. It looked great. I was charged full price, but I did not push back on that. First issue I noticed was they had removed my antenna and left it resting on my wipers. Thankfully I saw it before it was lost or damaged my vehicle. Next issue I saw was, the car had window visors. Since they were replacing a door I said don't worry about replacing that just remove all of them for me. They did but they left all the foamy glue that held it on, on the other door. The next issue was that they failed to secure a wire harness inside the door they fixed so now when you open or close it you can very much hear it banging around in the door. And the final issue is the car has proximity thing where when you have the keys on you you can unlock the car by pushing a button on the handle to unlock and lock it. It worked when we took the car and and it doesn't work now on the door they fixed. Works on the passenger door still. Overall all great repair work, just some lack of attention to detail in some areas and lack of follow through on a customer service side for the charges. read more

I found my new auto repair! I used to go to another local body shop until they closed down .I googled 5 star auto body in Sapulpa and i-care came up .I'm so happy to have a new place to go to . Joel the owner was so kind and new exactly what was wrong with the leak in my sun-roof . The guy who fixed it was so nice (not sure of his name ) . We took my son's 2013 Mustang to I-Care Bodyworks of Sapulpa in December to have some minor fender damage repaired. We expected a professional job, and got nothing of the kind, even though they charged us $1,800! Without going into all the really gory details, here's a synopsis of what happened: 1. We took the Mustang in to have them give us an estimate for repairs. They said they would repair it and told us what it would cost. We left it with them to repair it. 2. When we got it back, they fixed what we brought it in for, but noticed that it had OTHER paint-related issues wrong with that it DID NOT have when we took it in. 3. We took it back. They agreed that it had the problems we said it did, and kept it to fix what they'd done to it. 4. When we got it back, they'd fixed the first set of problems THEY created, but then it had MORE problems caused by them! 5. We took it back again, and they agreed that they'd messed it up, so they kept it to fix it. 6. When we got it back, they'd fixed their most recent foul-up's, but it had NEW problems that were DIFFERENT than before! Remember: they DID fix what we paid them to fix, BUT they kept messing up the paint job in OTHER areas, going back and fixing them, and messing up the paint SOMEWHERE ELSE while doing so, going back and fixing THOSE problems, repeat, repeat, repeat. 7. After several attempts to get the car repaired properly, we finally confronted them with the facts - including photos - that showed clearly what they had been doing to mess up the paint work on the car, including those in areas that had NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT IT CAME IN FOR ORIGINALLY. They refused to correct the latest version of their mangling of the paint job of the Mustang. 8. What's interesting is that these people would not tell us a flat out "NO, WE'RE NOT GOING TO FIX IT" to our face - they said they would look into our request that they fix it RIGHT and let us know their decision, all the while they were formulating a refusal letter that they sent via certified mail. In other words, they were lying to us about "considering" our request at the same time a certified letter was ALREADY on the way to us telling us "NO, WE'RE NOT GOING TO FIX IT." In that letter, they claimed that they did "a good job" on the repairs that they performed on the Mustang. My question is: IF THEY DID, THEN WHY DID THEY AGREE - MORE THAN ONCE - THAT THEY'D MESSED UP OTHER PARTS OF THE CAR AND TAKE IT BACK IN TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES???? IF they felt they'd done "a good job" in the first place, as their letter claims, then they would NOT have agreed that there were problems with the paint that they'd caused (one of their excuses is that the "painter" they used did a bad job and was subsequently let go). 9. Finally, in desperation, we went to BILL KNIGHT FORD. They looked at what I-Care had done to the Mustang, shook their heads and almost laughed, stating that the kinds of things we'd endured at the hands of I-Care would NEVER happen there, and, IF it did, the person(s) responsible would be fired immediately, the car would be repaired properly, and we would not be charged for it! 10. BILL KNIGHT FORD did the job RIGHT, and they did it RIGHT the FIRST TIME! When we got the Mustang back - unlike every time we got it back from I-Care - it had NO other issues with it, AT ALL! It was perfect! We will NEVER recommend I-Care to anyone, because, frankly, they DON'T CARE about doing the job right: all they care about is the MONEY! read more

I brought my Truck in on Wednesday January 10th at 8am. To replace my rear bumper, they didn't waste any time getting to work on my truck. They our very professional hard working and they wasted no time, while I waited. They took very good care of my truck. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else but to I Care. We had a tire blow on our car on the way on a family trip. About 100+ miles from home. Had the car towed to this business, they took care of us as if we were locals from town and we have always been a customer.they did everything they could for us to get back on our family trip even finding us a rental car big enough for our family, and even drove us the 45 min to the next town to pick up the rental. I will post again when they finish the work on our car. But if you are in the Sapulpa area and need work on your car I recommend this business. read more
