Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first. I learned the hard way that sometimes DIY ends up costing more in the long run, but thankfully I found someone who truly cares about doing the job right. Randy Munguia the General Manager took care of everything - Joanna at the front desk coordinated the rent car, keep me updated, they send text messages to let you how far along they are so there is no guessing when they will be finished. I had some dents, scratches that had been on the car years I alwasy intended someday to fix, that were starting to rust, and some other issues but Randy did more than that even though I paid about a 1K for those repairs and paint, he even polished my haelights and I didn't ask for that nor did he charge me. This is a 2012 Honda Accord LX-P (WHITE) 4 door and I almost thought they repainted the whole thing. They buffed out the paint and with the other work that was done it almost looks like a new car the day I drove it off the lot. If you didn't know better it you'd think it was garage keep and only driven on Sunday's. Even the neighbors thought I got a new car and my wife thought they repainted it. I can only say they will get any business for body work I ever have in the future. The Back Story: I had some damaged caused by a parking stop at a Dental office that was also the location of the property management company. A piece of rebar sticking up caught under the air foil and pulled off the bumper, the underneath cover, and the left wheel tire cover - almost all of the underneath all from one piece of rebar - yeah that's right. I couldn't believe it. I barely pulled over it, I didn't see it as it was at night but trying to back off slowly it just made it worse I think. Their insurance company (Liberty) sent me to Gerber one of the newer collision repair places in Texas. they are a northern based company out of Chicago but the parent company is in Canada. Having only one experience at a collision repair place (Service King (never again) off of Rufe Snow) Gerber is across the street. Go to Gerber.

When it was delivered to you, the front end was fully assembled, and both headlights were present and undamaged. After I was unable to accept the other insurance company's low settlement offer (they deemed it a total loss), I arranged for the same towing company to pick up my vehicle and return it to my home. The vehicle was not drivable, so it remained in my garage until today when my insurance adjuster came to inspect it. To my shock, several major components are now missing, including the radiator, condenser, compressor, and both headlights--each worth approximately $2,500. When I visited your office today, Joseph stated that all parts were "given to the towing company" but there was no paperwork documenting what was handed over, and there are no cameras showing this transaction. This is unacceptable. My car arrived intact, and it was your responsibility to ensure it was returned in the same condition. If the tow company "forgot" the parts, where are they now? Why were the headlights even listed on your repair estimate if they were never damaged? From my perspective, these parts have been stolen while under your custody or during the release process. I entrusted your business with my vehicle, and it has been returned missing thousands of dollars' worth of components.
