I went to Home Depot in Roanoke the other day and when I returned to my car, some Jackwagon had scrapped against my front bumper leaving a nasty scar that looked like it had gone through the paint. I guess he or she just forgot to leave information claiming responsibiliity. NOT Anyway, as I was driving down Davis Blvd I happened to see Hollywood Finishes. I pulled in and gentleman met me in the parking lot to ask how he could help me. I showed him the damage and asked if I could get a quote for the damage. He told me to stay there and he would be right back. As I was parked next to this GINORMOUS truck that they parked next to me, I was looking at it in awe of how big it was. He called me back to my car and said your ready. I looked at my car and it looked good as new. Once again Hollywood finishes did an amazing job on my vehicle. I managed to damage the antenna fin on the top of my 2023 broncos sport. Not sure how they would do. Drove up. Looking for a quote for small dent. Hardly any activity. Not the usual hustle around body shops. Decided to go in and check it out. Guy came out from the shop. Looks like he was just bumming around back there...... Me "Can you help me with a quote" Him "Nope" " maybe Wednesday or Thursday of next week" Me "For a quote?" Him "Do you realize how many cars I would have lined up outside if I did every quote ? Me Stunned. I just walked out. Did the guy think that if he started doing quotes for his AUTO BODY shop that Keller police would have to come out to do traffic control for ALL the customers!!! Lol. Awesome.....I had just bought a Texas Edition Silverado only to get hit by a kid in Southlake after making one payment!! The insurance company wanted me to take it to their certified shop. I first looked here and the reviews were marginal. I then saw that Hollywood Finishes had all of these stars on the same page. So I investigated and decided to take it there. I explained that I had decided to avoid the lifetime warranty bait that the insurance shop offered because I wanted to take it there due to their reputation. I was quickly informed that they would match the lifetime warranty and not to worry. Shortly after estimating the damage I was offered the opportunity make any reasonable customizations that I wanted. WOW!!! I just expected to get my new truck back in the same condition. I went online and found a beautifully customized truck of the same year and model. I downloaded the pics, sent them over and asked if it could be done. I was given the green light without hesitation. It took about three weeks to get everything worked out and repairs made but boy was it worth it. Not only did they reproduce the truck identical to the pics that I had send them, they handled all of the insurance company issues, they used all new genuine OEM GM Parts and none of it cost me a dime!!!! I would have never expected that. The paint job and body work was flawless as well. Jeff and Jerry at Hollywood Finishes are good honest people that take pride in what they do and truly care about their customer's satisfaction. This is a rare type of businesses that will have me a customer for life! One tip is to be thorough and clear about every detail that is important to you as there are many decisions and judgement calls to be made during the process that could conflict with your expectations. I used Hollywood Finishes for a repair to the bed of an older 2000 model GMC Stepside pickup truck that got cracked by someone hitting it in the parking lot hard enough to crack the bed and wheel well both pretty badly (10-15" crack in bed). Some places I took it would only replace the whole side of the bed, costing 5 times what Hollywood Finishes was able to repair it for!!!...which is not feasible for a 2000 model work truck! The quality of their work is such that I can't tell there was ever damage to the bed at all!!! The only clue that someone may have by looking at it is the brand new clean wheel well compared to he other 3 that are weathered from being on the truck for 18 years...and that won't take long to get dirty and blend right in...great work at a very fair price!!! I can now see from experience why Hollywood Finishes has so many 5 star reviews on Yelp. After some minor, self-inflicted damage on my front bumper I brought my Audi to 2 autobody shops and both insisted there was no way to repair the damage and the front left panel would need to be removed and repainted for $400-$600. Jeff at Hollywood Finishes repaired 90% of the damage in 15 minutes, charged me nothing, said he could remove and repaint the panel for $200 if I wished (which I'll opt not to do), and earned a customer going forward.
