I we around back and was fortunate enough to find a space at their address, but when I parked there, I was told I couldn't because they needed to pull a car out. I told them I was there for an estimate, so it shouldn't take three minutes. At which point another guy came out and told me to move because "this isn't free parking" ... in spite of the fact it was. Naturally, it goes without saying, I moved my truck ... right on down the road. Although I did remain there long enough to determine whether they were truthful in their claim about having to move a car out ... which they did not ... I did not bother them for the estimate. I remain unclear as to why they approach customers with such a bitter, intolerant toxicity for absolutely no reason or gain whatsoever, but you need to weight that before considering this firm as a vendor.

To me, I am not impressed I am not happy I am not satisfied and I will not recommend it. Number 1. The car is ready for pick up but he never call. I have to call to find out my car status . Number 2. As soon as I approach to my car without use any lights or equipment I can see two little dents not fixed properly. Immediately I've approaching John regarding this issue and John acting like he's not happy about my request and acted like I am just too picky. Then he bring out the lights and tools trying to fine tune . Use a little tiny tool start banging on the dents areas. What makes it worse was he created even more little small dents in that area.
