OMG.... Martin & Martin were uh-mazing! My back bumper fell off on the interstate and my anxiety was so high because I didn't want to get pulled over. They told me it would need extensive repair which would be expensive but he put a temporary fix in place. It's looks good as new. They even did the same for the front bumper which was also falling off without me asking. Very kind people that do good business. I highly recommend them! read more

I went there and a nice young man gave me a decent quote. I asked him to send me it in writing and he said he'd be glad to send a written estimate. After a week I called ti find out where the estimate was and when would I receive it. He never returned my call. It looked like a great shop. I've never heard from them since. I guess they're to busy and don't need the business. read more

If I could give six stars I would. They did an excellent job repairing the collision damage on my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and my car was repaired when they said it would be. They called Enterprise for them to pick me up so I could get my rental while the car was being worked on. Finally, they detailed the car inside and out. It sparkles! I can't say enough about the quality of their work or their customer service. I especially want to single out Lyndell Whiters for his excellent customer service. read more

This was about as good of an experience as a person can have. I got my car towed there after an accident. Martin (the owner) promptly called me to let me know he received the vehicle. He outlined the process for repair once he received approval from insurance. Throughout the entire process he communicated timely updates to me. Any time I called, he picked up and was happy to answer any questions I had. Top notch customer service. He did great work too and was very detail oriented. On the day my car was supposed to be finished he called and said he had discovered a scratch on the inside of my hood and that he would like a little more time to fix it. I doubt anyone would have caught that. But he did. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing body work done to their car. read more

The building is not a grand showplace and the parking area in front definitely needs re-paving. But in the huge garage in back some magic takes place in restoration. After being put in shock by the price of another so-called "classic" collision center I was lured to Chamblee Dunwoody Collision Center by the large number of outstanding reviews, and I was not disappointed. My Jeep Cherokee had a damaged left front quarter with a missing fender and mirror, smashed wheel and tire and needed structural repair that I can only imagine. In a little over two weeks I was astonished to behold a 9 year old car looking in sparkling showroom condition. Detailed even under the hood. And while I'd been told by Lyndell Whiters that they'd had some difficulty with the alignment, it now also runs like a new car. At a little over half the price I had been quoted by the "classic" collision center. It's good to know there are still skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work at a reasonable price. read more

I would give this collision center 0 stars if I could. Martin Lugo - the "owner"- is a con artist with absolutely no integrity. My husband was involved in a car accident and had his vehicle towed here on 3/2. Martin was provided with consent to release my husband's car on 3/3 to our insurance company. Today is 3/9 and no one including our insurance company can find the car that Martin alleges was released on 3/8. It's sad and ridiculous that he is holding a car hostage to obtain more money from our insurance company. He tries to overtalk us every time we speak to him. No morals, no integrity, con artist, fast talker. read more

I just picked up my car from Chamblee Dunwoody Collision and I am very HAPPY customer. I am very metticulous about my car and they did a phenomenal job at the promised time of completion. I got two other quotes from other auto repair shops and their quotes were double the price and twice the time to complete. The staff was pleasant, prompt and proficient and it doesn't hurt that they are convenient to the rental car place. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers. Shop is unwilling to work with people in regards to charges on vehicles at the shop. When discussing these items with Henry, and Wanita they were unwilling to even listen and consider working with me.
