Why 1 star. I want to make myself very clear, I am giving my very honest review, Because lots of a positive review about Dingo's so I decide to give it a shot, talk to John get a estimate set up time for repair. To me, I am not impressed I am not happy I am not satisfied and I will not recommend it. Number 1. The car is ready for pick up but he never call. I have to call to find out my car status . Number 2. As soon as I approach to my car without use any lights or equipment I can see two little dents not fixed properly. Immediately I've approaching John regarding this issue and John acting like he's not happy about my request and acted like I am just too picky. Then he bring out the lights and tools trying to fine tune . Use a little tiny tool start banging on the dents areas. What makes it worse was he created even more little small dents in that area. Finally I had give up pay and leave , with two dents remaining, I don't like this unwelcome, unprofessional atmosphere. First, any business have to understand, If customers willing to pay top dollar to fix very tiny dents or services , that mean we want the car look immaculate with no scratches no dents, Dingo's has no patient/ skill and desire to achieve higher standards, and based on that unprofessional attitude that is not acceptable, I will not recommend to anyone. It was not the paint issue, dent area paint in good condition no chip no scratches. It is your body metal work. I have totally 3 dents needs to fix, one is perfect, the other 2 are still visible. My vehicle is white paint on the daylight without right lighting equipment is hard to see. Dingo's you can use all kinds excuse to explain, the truth is you don't want to take time and patient , you say you have all excellent review, then why after I talk to you about my concern, then you bring out the tools starting fix the dent. Obviously you also see that you not done job correctly, I'm not the happy customer, you taking the customer money and not fulfill your obligation, your website stating keep your car looking new, and satisfaction is guaranteed that's lying to the public, you not even try to correct the problem, you deserve 0 star read more

I asked to have a dent fixed on my 2018 Lexus ES350. It was on the right rear quarter panel. It turned out to be pretty deep. They were able to get most of the dent out. From certain angles you couldn't see it. A body shop could have gotten it out, but they would have needed to repaint the entire quarter panel. That would have been expensive. Very poor quality work. Owner told me $300 and work would take 3-4 hours and dents would not be visible. Called me in 1 hour said he was done. Dents were still visible. He then told me I had unreasonable expectations. I told him they were the expectations that he gave me. I told him he could either remove the dents to where they couldn't be seen or get paid for 1/3 or 1/4 of what he wanted because that's how much of the work he had done.
