I have been going to Dr. Laura since the '80s. Going to her office is like visiting family. My mother lives in Arkansas, and when she was trying to figure out whether to get dentures or not, I had her come up to see Dr. Laura because I trust Dr. Laura to give an honest assessment of the situation. My son has a rare genetic dental issue, and Dr. Laura took it upon herself to do a ton of research and training on his diagnosis in order to help him. My whole family goes and sees her every 6 months, and even though nobody ENJOYS going to the dentist, we always look forward to seeing her. read more

Last fall I broke a tooth and was able to get into Dr. Laura immediately and her caring way took the stress of having it taken care of was amazing. At that time it was discovered that I had a cavity in the tooth next to the tooth worked on. I was scheduled to have it taken care of as well as cleaning but ended up in the hospital with large blood blots in my lungs, which had nothing to do with my dental work. Afterward, being put on a blood thinner and was nervous to return immediately to the dentist. Finally went in to get the cavity taken care of. Dr. Laura was totally understanding and again was able to take care of me in a relaxing manner. I am scheduled for a couple of other needed treatments and feel confident that everything will go well. Dr. Laura has a way about her that you know that she is very competent, will do what is best for the patient, and makes one feel at ease. I went to this dental clinic for over eight years before deciding to change. For cleanings, diagnosis and bedside manner, they are great. The problem is that too many people I know who have had dental work at this Flossmoor office have had problems afterward. My ex-wife, her parents, and my fiancee all have had issues, usually with fillings, dental pain and infection. Dr. Lalich is always quick to correct her errors, but the problems at the office are a bit too many for my taste. I have personally never had a problem here, but I don't want to take any chances. I transferred my records to Cambridge Dental, and my daughter and I have been very happy with Cambridge since then. read more

I could not have been more impressed with her expertise, nor grateful for her time and concern. I can't say enough about how great everyone in this office is. Friendly, professional and highly skilled. The latest state of the art equipment in a sparkling clean facility. Of huge importance to me is that they take time to listen and make sure that all of your questions are answered. I first visited at 65 years old with numerous dental problems. Dr. Sasic-Lalich, after thorough examination, carefully explained to me all various options including the financial implications of each. Then she gave me her professional opinion of what she thought would be the best course of action including the time frame needed to accomplish it. With her guidance I was able to make decisions and for the past several months she has been doing the work that I so badly needed. Dr. Sasic-Lalich has considerable technical expertise and makes considerable efforts to "educate" her patients regarding dental care and the available treatment options. Dr Laura and her staff are great. Attentive and very nice. My wife found them for me because I was very displeased with the pushy over the top place I had tried previously. I knew I needed to catch up on dental care and Dr Laura and her staff were patient and very accommodating of my needs. They didn't make me feel stupid or ashamed, they simply explained the issues that needed attention and recommended a simple and sensible plan of care and correction. They submitted everything properly so my insurance covered most of the services and each time Ive gone in they have been fantastic. The crown work was amazing and they have this incredible machine that makes the crown on site !! They have the latest diagnostic and imaging equipment too. They pulled a wisdom tooth and I thought they were just doing a filling because I felt absolutely NOTHING !!!!! - Dr Laura was amazing !! No pain No struggle.... She said we're all done and I didn't even believe it until I saw my tooth !!! lol Seriously- if you want great dental care from an experienced and accomplished dental professional and a great support staff , please make an appointment and go visit them in Flossmoor. Had a root canal 8 years ago by Dr. Sasic-Lalich. Afterward I was in so much pain, I called her from a work party. She said that it wasn't possible for me to have pain (guess I was imagining it as I was in fake agony) as I had a root canal, but prescribed a pain killer. The pain lasted for weeks. Yesterday, I was sent to an emergency endodontist for pain in the tooth that my new dentist couldn't figure out. Upon x-ray the endodontist discovered that the post from Dr. Sasic's root canal was too short and never killed the nerve. Now I have to have the crown removed, the post pulled out, and he has to drill down to the nerve to get out the infection and do a proper root canal. Yay! Thanks Dr. Laura! P.S. Though her staff is nice, she treats them like shit. P.S.S. I have had severe dental anxiety since my experiences with "Dr. Laura". read more

Well, where do I start? Should I start with the shotty dentistry or the fact that every time I go here I see a different hygienist? I've been told that this office has a high turnover rate because of Dr. Lalich which I can understand because I see the way she treats her employees when I'm there. Putting employees down in front of customers is bad business if you ask me. I seen this woman get pretty physical with a 5 year old child just to get X-rays on him!!! Now let's get to her bad dentistry. You could probably pay a bum to install a crown better than this lady. I had so much cement all over my tooth... I asked her if it should be removed and she said "it's supposed to be like that" which after I visited a different dentist I was told that's not right. The hygienist at my new dentist barely touched my crown and it fell off anyway and I was happy that I had a crown installed correctly by a good dentist. I would give Dr. Laura Lalich zero stars if I could. Don't ever come here. I'm surprised she's still in business with her horrible dentistry and awful management of a dental office. read more

Dr. Laura took my healthy tooth out without asking me. She did anesthesia to my teeth. I thought she working on my bad tooth. When I went home, I was surprised to find my health tooth was gone. I told my complaint about that to a female staff, since the doctor was out of the office. I requested her to return my healthy tooth that the doctor took out. She asked me to leave and come back because the office was operating. When I came back to the office, I found that she threw away my healthy tooth to hide the evidence. I called the doctor and complained, but I found that it was her to order the female staff to through my tooth away. Return my healthy tooth back into my mouth!!!!! read more
