When I called to ask about this they told me I had a past due amount and used her credit to help offset it. So they applied her credit to my account without her permission. Worst dental experience I have had as an adult. They told me at my appt that I had to have…read morelaughing gas but did not tell me it was not covered by my insurance. I have never had it in my life. I had to have a broken molar extracted. I had an infection that went into the nerve. It was you have it or I don't get the service. So I did it and tried very hard to not breathe it in. I was not given antibiotics, pain medications or a prescribed anti-inflammatory like prednisone because I could not take ibuprofen. I was so sick from the gas and ended up at the walk in clinic. Dr. ended up in jail for something and I got the bill for last August 2025 two weeks ago - June 2026 with no breakdown of costs. Just $1900 and a charge for the laughing gas denied because I was too old to have it supposedly. Seriously? Worst customer service and patient care. Also I could have used my FSA, and now I can't of course.
