West Pines Endotontists came up in her search and we went to see them late in the day on Friday. Her dentist wanted her get the work done asap and a microendodontists does a root canal without having to remove the bridge she had done last year. We called at 2:30 and Reema said we could come over to get More information .We met Reema and Kamila at the front desk and they were very helpful. Both were very Knowledgable and patient with us. They answered every question and were very professional. This is a very serious matter if you to get a root canal. If you ignore it you risk serious consequences. I highly encourage you to see Dr Tim and the staff at West Pines Endodontists. There are other practices but for one reason or another the professionals here above the competition.

He was so extremely patient with me and talked me through the process. He said that if he couldn't get me prepared enough with other options that we would continue with the IV. We prepped with a pill an hour before my visit and when I arrived I was still pretty tense so he gave me some Nitrous (which honestly I had before and it didn't work)...with a little tweak of the nitrous I was ready to go! Dr Steiner did a root canal, and it later had to be redone due to bacterial infection. It was not done properly from the start. 7/7/2016 - Could not be happier with the professionalism of the staff and my doctor…read more I was having pain in my upper left molar when I went to have a cleaning at my dentist office. My dentist referred me to Dr. Lichstrahl's office. I called and made my appointment with ease. The day of my appointment I walked in and was greeted and given all the paperwork to sign. I was called to see the doctor. Dr. Lichstrahl's explained everything and he recommended I come back to take care of the root canal that was done in a couple of week. He gave me a script for antibiotics. I got a call a few days before to confirm. The day of, everything went smoothly. I have to say I hardly felt a thing. He has what my grandmother calls "Saint Hands." He did the anesthesia and I didn't feel a sting or anything. He explained what he was doing and asked how I was doing during the entire procedure. At times, I felt so calm, I almost fell asleep. This is a very professional office. They do a great job scheduling patients and communicating with them. Dr. Lichstrahl is fantastic.

A review of a dental procedure can never be perfect in my opinion as dental work is never pleasant but this dentist was very nice and professional and caring. The root canal wasn't as bad as I was anticipating because it was done quickly and with minimal pain. Dr. Lichstral and his assistant were constantly asking me if I was ok which actually helped me be ok. Today is my day after and I don't have any pain just a tiny bit of swelling. Highly recommend this dentist and his office!
