Negative stars. Worst customer service. The doctor nor the staff will explain in reality the tru e charges. They also over charged my health plan and they denied them. Stay away. And the front Lady Jennifer is extremely rude and admitted one day she does not like her job. I found another practice in Weston where everyone is nice since the moment you walk in. read more

Very nice office and staff. Every one was so friendly and accommodating. I have never had so much personal attention from a dentist. The exam was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. She even uses a digital camera and you get to take home pictures of your teeth! She breaks down the work she suggest by importance, so you can decide what meets your budget. Nice to not have "extra" procedures pushed on you. Received a thank you letter from the office manager the day after my first appt, nice touch, I have to say. Superior dental experience! Dr. Brittain is top notch. As a fellow medical practitioner, it is easy to tell that her technique is excellent. While working on you, her movements are very efficient, fluid, and accurate... like a surgeon in an operating room. She takes great care to ensure you are comfortable during any procedure and her skill makes for a pain free experience. Her office is well appointed and has plenty of state of the art equipment. It is also very inviting, and she even personally tends to orchids in and around the office to make it an appealing environment. The support staff are great as well. Her assistant, Tara, is very competent and friendly. Jenny at the front desk is also great to work with. Her office and equipment are state-of-the-art; her skills are superb and she is involved in continuous education to maintain them at that level.
