Dr. Manriquez was professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the process, and his calm approach gave me confidence in the decisions being made. I also want to give special recognition to Angeles, Dr. Manriquez's assistant, and the office manager Citlali. Both were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to detail. They consistently made sure I was comfortable, understood what was happening, and had my questions addressed. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference during a process that can otherwise feel intimidating. What stood out most was the team's communication and willingness to take the time needed to get things right. After my dentist retired, we had a little global pandemic, and then things got busy and ... in 2026 I brought them a mouth some California dentists wouldn't touch without hundreds of dollars in X-ray and lab fees up front. Then wouldn't touch. ​ In two days of care, they replaced a complex crown, did four quadrants of deep cleaning, and filled an embarrassing number of cavities. I paid about two and a half Gs for what I was quoted elsewhere for between $6K and $10K. This is dental work under local anesthesia, so some pain from numbing is expected. They have a deal with a chain hotel in easy walking distance that has an included breakfast with soft foods and a UV water dispenser on every floor. From my initial contact on WhatsApp, to their offer to Uber me to the office, to patient intake and detailed assessment including head CTs (!), 3D modeling (!!!), photography of teeth and individual tooth x-rays, and the competence of the clinical team... I don't believe this level of dental care is available in Estados Unidos. If I have a friend who needs dental care, I will cheerfully refer them here. Note: WhatsApp and Uber are essential tools in Tijuana.​

When I was flossing I pulled out my tooth filling and there was hole eeewww. I was going to pay to much money here that I didn't have so I made the drive and I only had to pay $15 dollars per filling and for a deep cleaning it was $20. I need braces d it will be $53 dollars for the x-rays the sizing etc. And $30 every visit after that. You may say the drive or waiting in line is a hassle but not for me and I thinks is worth it better them paying here over $5000.
